These cookies are so scrumptious! I love the Peanut Butter and the Oatmeal Raisin! My girls love the Golden and Chocolate Dubai cookies! Will order again and highly recommend Tiff's Treats! 🩷🥰

Bought from them one time overpriced and nothing special. It’s a cookie plus they were so warm that they were all glued together, and we had to try and pry them apart with little success.

Soooo Frustrating!! Why do you PROMOTE SOMETHING YOU OBVIOUSLY CANT DELIVER ON?? My wife and my girls dragged me here to get “Dubai Cookies” we have had Dubai chocolate all across the us in different settings. This was a straight up double chocolate cookie with a lil bit of green stuff on top!!!! HONESTLY I FEEL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF!!!! Look at what they promote and what they give you. How sad!!!!!! I been coming here since I purchased a home in Hutto. Never again!!!

I always order from this location for special occasions! Today is my parent’s 30th wedding anniversary and I wanted to surprise them. They weren’t going to be home so I tried calling the store to see if I could change the order drop off to another time right after I placed the order. No one answered the phone for 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous and not how you do business! This will be the last time I order from this location!

Thank you for the complimentary cookie on Veteran’s Day! It’s great to be able to walk in anytime and select from delicious fresh cookies, brownies, etc. Service is always excellent!

So we got the Dubai chocolate, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip, oatmeal rasin, oatmeal chocolate chip, a chocolate brownie and a salted caramel blondie. All. Of. Them. are good! They are fresh and delicious. They put the perfect amount of creme filling in the middle of the Dubai chocolate cookies. Some of the topping did fall of the top so be careful taking that first bite! I have zero complaints. The smell of the shop had me so ready to try the cookies! The packaging is too cute. They also have different packaging options for multiple occasions! A dozen of these would make a great present for anyone who is a fan of cookies/sweets! Thanks Tiff 😊

recently tried the cupcakes and truffles from Tiff’s Treats in Hutto. The food and service were excellent, everything tasted fresh and the staff was friendly and quick. The atmosphere in the store is welcoming too, which makes the visit enjoyable. The only drawback is the price, which feels a little on the higher side. That said, if you don’t mind paying a bit extra for quality, it’s definitely worth a try.

On September 13, 2025, my husband and I ordered a dozen cookies (Half Dozen Dubai Chocolate Filled & Half Dozen Chocolate Chip) from this location through Uber Eats and we picked them up from the store. While eating, I bit into a rock that was baked inside one of the cookies.

I saved the object, took photos, and even had to schedule an urgent dental appointment to make sure there was no lasting injury. Thankfully, the x-rays showed no cracks, but the trauma of unexpectedly biting into a rock and seeking dental care because of the pain it caused is unacceptable.

When I reached out with full documentation, the company’s response was dismissive and unacceptable. Instead of accountability, I was told: “All of our cookies are made in large batches and if there is a quality concern, any issues would generally affect multiple customers. As of today, we have not been made aware of or heard of any issues from other customers, so we feel confident in saying that we don’t suspect any quality issues with any of our products.”

In other words, because no one else reported biting into a rock, they implied my experience wasn’t valid. That kind of logic isn't only insulting, it’s dangerous.

They also deflected responsibility by saying: “As the order/form of payment was not paid through our systems (Uber Eats), unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund on our end as we do not have access to payment information from separate systems and that would need to be followed through Uber directly.”

So not only was I left without a resolution or even a standard refund, I was essentially told it wasn’t their problem. To add insult to injury, their closing line was:

“We’re hoping you have a speedy recovery and if you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.”

That’s not accountability—that’s brushing off a serious food safety issue.

Food safety and customer care should be taken seriously. This experience has been stressful, painful, and disappointing, and it’s clear that customer well-being is not a priority. Due to no resolution, I cannot recommend this location.

I don’t want Tiff’s Treats here. I don’t want Tiff’s Treats there. I don’t want Tiff’s Treats anywhere. The establishment as a whole has lost me for life.

I went in last night and the girl up front was not friendly. I asked for the Dubai Cookies and said it’s only for delivery, so basically, you want to be greedy and get a delivery fee?

Quick delivery and widely available

I was able to do Tiff’s Cookie promo they did for July and August. It has been so wonderful picking up cookies all around the country and delivering them to friends and family when we are visiting. Your blueberry muffin cookies are absolutely amazing and I love the lemon ones. You pick them up nice and warm and the packaging is so cute. Definitely have turned on lots of family and friends to your brand Would highly recommend
