Well, very not top notch I’m afraid. Was with high hopes thanks to their “charcoal burgers” sign, and the very high prices… I should’ve known when saw the place is empty, but thought it’s because it was close to 4pm. Burger is exactly similar to your everyday fast food joint I’m afraid, very small / thin single patty, and not at all charcoal flavor. But the price definitely not a fast food level - 2 burgers with fries and drinks $29 incl. a 15% tip (won’t blame...

Ordered a hamburger thinking it would be great. Familiar with original Top Notch on Burnet road in Austin. Asked if they had beer, guy said yes. Asked if we could get hamburger cooked the way we wanted. Guy said yes. Then told they did not yet get training to serve beer. All hamburgers cooked the same. Never mind how you asked they be cooked. Hamburger was just an ordinary hamburger. Bun cool, ingredients were fresh. Meat not tasty.
Disappointed! We were there...
