Ordered a nutella açaí bowl, gave it to me with no nutella and granola in very large chunks. Also forgot chips to sandwich after the order was repeated back to me

I ordered two smoothies sunrise sunset and island green! Really good 10/10 I can taste the real fruit 😍

Not yall , just refunding the salad in my whole order because we found this lil guy on the fork , petty disgusted with customer service “do you want us to remake it “ “I’ll double check next time” absolutely not I tipped these guys before hand, definitely not going back ever since safety is an oversight.

I’ve been coming to this location for about three years and usually enjoy my experience, but my most recent online order yesterday at 6:00 PM was very disappointing.
First, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was never greeted or acknowledged by anyone, which was unusual compared to past visits. On top of that, my order was wrong. I ordered my usual — the hummus veggie wrap — which has always been just vegetables. Instead, it came with chicken inside. This made the meal completely inedible for me, and it’s frustrating because this is one of the few items I consistently rely on here.
After years of good experiences, it was disheartening to have such a basic mistake happen, paired with the lack of customer service. I truly hope this was just an off night, but it left me questioning the consistency and attention to detail at this location.

Christa (Hopefully I spelled correctly) was the sweetest! I just had labs and was super hungry from fasting and she was nothing but patient with me while I stared at the menu. She made a mean Detox Green Smoothie and the flatbread was 🔥

I liked the food but it took a very long time to prepare and the staff were not very friendly or attentive and were distracted talking to each other, delaying the time before I could put in my order. I am giving it 4 stars to be generous because if you order delivery or in advance I’m sure your experience would be better.

My daughter ordered an açaí bowl with Nutella and asked for the honey drizzle to be left off. I got charged extra for getting extra Nutella instead of the honey drizzle and the lady who checked us out was super rude about it and acted like it was an imposition for her to replace the honey with extra Nutella. I will never go to this tropical smoothie cafe again and I refuse to let my kids order from here. We just moved to Hutto in December and this is the only place I have been too here where they weren’t accommodating or friendly.

The store felt dirty and sticky, smoothie wasn't made correctly the girl making our wraps was coughing everywhere, it felt very unsanitary.

Came here on a Tuesday morning and there was only one employee working. I waited by the register and was no greeted. The person working there payed no attention to me or even told me that she was busy and would get with me as soon as she had a chance.

Do NOT spend your money here, tasteless smoothies! Bland, grainy & not sweet. Not sure if the fruit they're using is ripe but they honestly need to try their own drinks before serving them. They need to invest in some new blenders after redoing their recipes, the smoothies were grainy!! Stick to Juiceland, well made & way more delicious!!!
