Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The store felt dirty and sticky, smoothie wasn't made correctly the girl making our wraps was coughing everywhere, it felt very unsanitary.

Came here on a Tuesday morning and there was only one employee working. I waited by the register and was no greeted. The person working there payed no attention to me or even told me that she was busy and would get with me as soon as she had a chance.

Do NOT spend your money here, tasteless smoothies! Bland, grainy & not sweet. Not sure if the fruit they're using is ripe but they honestly need to try their own drinks before serving them. They need to invest in some new blenders after redoing their recipes, the smoothies were grainy!! Stick to Juiceland, well made & way more delicious!!!

This is my first time coming to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, My Server John Joseph had Exceptional Customer Service and He was very informative on all the Smoothies. He made my smoothie so delicious. I got the Avocolada with No Avocado and Added Strawberries...I'm definitely Coming Back For Sure!!

I ordered the chicken 3 chorizo wraps- this is my second time eating here- GREAT FOOD! My order was made wrong and it was ubered so I called to let them know they made the quesadillas instead of the wrap and the young lady Sophia that made our food profusely apologized and offered to remake our food. I went to pick up the food and again Sophia was so apologetic- I told her that these things happen and no reason to apologize- what I appreciated was that they made it right. Great customer service and great food. We will be returning!!

OMG! The pest pesto chicken panini ever! That hit the spot. It was warm, gooey on the inside, the basil pesto was sooo delish!!!!It is definitely my favorite of chicken pesto paninis

Got a smoothie by sofiya and she was really nice and made a delicious smoothie. The store was also really nice and clean

Island punch smoothie with pineapple mango and guava was pretty good but I would never come back. The service was terrible. Said hello to the person at the register and she just stared at me like I was wasting her time and had plenty of attitude the whole time. All that wouldn’t have bothered me enough to post this negative review, it was when she tossed my wrap on the table without saying a word. She actually threw it. We were shocked at how rude someone could be.

Amazing costumer service! Definitely would recommend it to everyone that gets a chance to swing by! Definitely need to try the “peanut butter banana crunch” it’s so good!

First visit and didn't realize they offered sandwiches in addition to smoothies! Tried the wrap, chips, and a smoothie! Impressed! My wife and I will be back.

Stopped in here for a smoothie for the first time. The employees were super friendly, quick, and the smoothies were so yummy!
