Walked in about 1300, my wife went to order and stood there for 10 minutes being ignored and is well in her 70’s while they catered to drive in orders and others standing there, she walked away and they took orders of 4 young guys immediately, thanks Wendy nothing! Went down the street to your competent and had the order in under 5 minutes. TRY HARDER!!

Didn't put ice in my drink, took 10 minutes to get my tap to pay to work, and one of the workers who wasn't working the window came up and tried to hit me with his sales pitch for his side business and asked me for $30. Terrible service every time I have come, it seems like they exclusively hire ghetto. Also recently have had fraudulent purchases on my debit card and suspect it was from visiting this location. Worth the drive to a different location, this store needs to be shutdown or fire everybody including management and start over.
Got home half the order missing
I cannot believe I waited 15minutes for my order today! My son had his wisdom teeth removed and I thought, oh let me go get a baked potato, I needed up ordering 4 one of each. After the long wait I’m now pissed that the potatoes aren’t even cooked all the way!!!!! Omg! Then I’m calling the number listed and it’s a cell phone …. It’s ridiculous and this location needs serious attention!

We placed our order, and my brother noticed that one of the employees touched her mouth with the hand that she was handling our food. He asked her to out gloves on.
As we received our order and I began to walk out, I noticed the employees talking and acting out what happened.
They were laughing, and that's when I asked them what was funny. First of all, they should wait until the customers are gone before saying anything of a situation. This was a health regulation.
Once we left, the food was cold, and we didn't eat it.
The place was not clean. We did report the situation to Wendy's.

The salted caramel frosty I ordered tasted just like a regular frosty, but other than that it was good.

We pulled into the drive through and they said they couldn't make any food.

1.Pulled up to drive thru. Worker told me to give him one minute. I waited 5 minutes, I proceeded to talk and he said give him one more minute I waited another 5 minutes. There was no one in line or in the store.
2. I had to repeat my order 5 times because worker kept putting whatever he wanted on my order.
3. I ordered a Dave’s Double and 2 Jr Cheeseburgers. The Daves double ($6) is the exact size as the jr cheeseburger ($2). Same small bun, super small patties.
4. It took them 15 minutes to make these 3 small burgers. I was there for a grand total of 25 minutes for 3 very small burgers.
Last time I will ever go to this Wendy’s. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible service; Rude server, called my wife a "Karen" because SHE (the server)didn't get the order correctly, and blamed the wife (customer).
Little girl that feels entitled, she is in the wrong job!
Update:
Went back just last Sunday and ordered 2 double cheese burgers. The burgers were put together sloppy, only one piece of lettuce, 2 small slices of pickles, and then the server handed to my wife (drive-thru). No thank you, no receipt, no ketchup, basically threw the bag at her and then closed the window.
I will not return to this particular Wendy's. I've never had any problems with other locations.
We will not be returning to this location.

How yall gonna be out of all drinks..
I remember why I always steered away from Wendy’s now. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. You would have been better off going to Popeyes next door dealing with how I’ve encounter problems with them as well but no where near as bad as the situation I’ve encounter at Wendy’s. I don’t know who or what kind of people management hires there but they all need to go. The lady taking my food order took about 7 minutes because she kept stalling like she didn’t know what she was doing. I think this is due to the whole crew being high given how me and my husband were asked by a guy upfront who handed us our food if we had some marijuana to sell to them!! They didn’t have frostys, they didn’t have barbecue sauce, and I asked for a sweet tea and they gave me unsweetened tea with a lid that wasn’t even put on right which caused my husband to spill it on himself when received. Due to them not having frosties for the meal that included one they asked what replacement drink I wanted. You would think they would give you a regular sized drink in replacement for the frosty but they gave us a small kids sized drink that the frosty was originally was going to go in??? Mind you this was a full sized adult meal and I received a small sized lemonade that would of took me 3 sips to finish. When my husband questioned it to the man upfront who handed us our order he was quite rude about it. Then again he was probably upset without his marijuana for the night he was so desperately feening for.
