As usual laredo gets the weakest possible type of store i was a Wendy's in austin oh my God elegant, hip, chic, boutique, cozy inviting and laredo remodel looks like they spent no money and removed everything. Not to mention zero management or service.

Very worst experience. We were in drive through waiting for more than 5 mins not even saying hello. No reply. Worst customer experience. Very un professional way of handling the customer. Noticed in the window that people are chatting and enjoying without doing work. Very disappointed . Worst ever seen.

I can't begin to explain how often I come to Wendy's for the coffee. At first I would get the large and it actually be the large cup of coffee. The amount of times that my food order is wrong and it doesn't even phase me because of the coffee being good. Now Everytime I order the large coffee it's always a different size. So training needs to be done because how many other people are being ripped off from size descrepencies. YOU ARENT GETTING WHAT YOU PAYED FOR. ESPECIALLY AT THIS WENDYS.

Wendy's is usually my favorite drive-thru burger place, so I've given this location more chances than they deserve. Every burger I've gotten from them has been completely dried out - clearly having been pre-cooked and left sitting on the flattop to long to keep them warm. Fresh Wendy's is great, but you don't get fresh at this location.
Best Wendy’s I’ve ever gotten! I ordered on DoorDash and spoke to Nallely (sorry if I misspelled) and she was so so sweet! She gave me extra sauces I asked for and the fish sandwich was INCREDIBLE, and the bacon cheese baked potato was absolutely delicious. Everything was hot and crispy. I will be ordering again probably tomorrow 🤣 thank you for making my night!

Walked in about 1300, my wife went to order and stood there for 10 minutes being ignored and is well in her 70’s while they catered to drive in orders and others standing there, she walked away and they took orders of 4 young guys immediately, thanks Wendy nothing! Went down the street to your competent and had the order in under 5 minutes. TRY HARDER!!
