I prefer Lemon-pepper. However, you only have a Lemon-pepper dry rub. Please consider a Lemon-pepper sauce. I will not return until you have that because I do not like your other flavors. I have tried your Lemon-pepper dry rub, and it is JUST okay. I will continue to take my business to Buffalo Wild Wings where they have a Lemon-pepper sauce.

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

Placed an order online via the wingstop app at 9:01 PM to have dinner ready for some friends that were coming over. I figured if I placed the order ahead of time that but the time I got home in an hour it would be ready. Around 10:30 Pm, I noticed that I still had not received the order so I contacted the store. The gentlemen on the phone told me that my order would be ready in 30 minutes and at this point it’s already close to 11 Pm. He explains that they are having system issues and that it would be ready in 10 minutes if we went to go pick up instead. That doesn’t really help me because I left a tip for the delivery driver as well. I sent my wife to go pick it up and she sat there until about 11:30 PM. I contacted the store again and the employee told me that they could not find my order and it had been lost. You have got to be kidding me. you guys have to do better. I order from here all the time and I don’t know why I do because they always give me a terrible customer experience. this is the last time I ever order from wingstop again. This store has ruined the whole “brand” for me and many other angry customers in the store yesterday. The manager working last night also didn’t give me any options other than waiting for another hour when the order was placed at 9 PM and at this time it’s already close to midnight. On top of that, I have to wait 4-5 business days to receive a refund? I didn’t take 4-5 business days to give you my money! Please shut this location down. I’ll be ordering from Pluckers from now on.

Online order at 8:22 pm. Showed up in drive thru at 9 with four cars ahead of us. Got to the window at 10 pm after waiting in line. Was told our order would take 20 more minutes and it’s in que! Tried to cancel and instead received a receipt for our purchase! The story still goes on but best tip is don’t do it!! Save your money and time.

Terrible service! On Saturday night, there were about 40 people waiting for orders, and the staff had no idea how to handle them. There was no manager on duty, and the system was canceling orders. You then asked for a refund, and it will take 5 to 7 days to receive your money. What an unethical way to keep these people's money when they didn't provide you with a product or service!

Shorted us at least 10 wings. Email them and the box was full. Tried again and they offered me French fries. It we ordered fries in the order they shorted us. Each basket had like 10 fries. I want my 10 wings back. Dud!
