What a fun experience! The cider is delicious and they have so many flavors that anyone can find one to enjoy. Love taking out of town guests to see their unique establishment and enjoy a tasting.
I got to try Hye Cider at H‑E‑B and I was surprised! I’m not much of a cider person but wow this actually tasted really good! I really like the flavor of the Hye Heaven, it’s more sweet but not overly sweet which is just the taste I go for nowadays. I definitely recommend!

Hye cider is hands down the best cider in Texas. You honestly can’t get better. It’s not overly sweet like most ciders and offers a variety of ABVs for every taste. Don’t pass them up at HEB or go in for a tasting and ask to speak to the head cider maker Nate, he’s always willing to talk shop (if he’s not busy!) and is very knowledgeable about Texas booze in general!
