The woman that runs this place was so kind and the food was delicious. If you get a chance try this restaurant out . Wow they had delicious barbecue brisket, huge baked potatoe, the best cream corn that I ever had . Restaurant was very clean and they make you feel at home.

I ordered BBQ from Panhandle BBQ in Idalou for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I decided to try it based on a recommendation from an Idalou native. I ordered ribs and spicy pork; and I also got 2 sides... potatoes salad and Cole slaw. It was very good. They know what they are doing. Portions were generous. I was thinking about going back tomorrow,; but they are closed on Sunday. I am looking forward to going back...

My family dines here often. Tonight we tried their burgers for the first time with their homemade chips and they were hands down the best burgers in Idalou. The service is always good and the food is great. Their sides are tasty, especially their beans, creamed corn, and potato salad. Favorite place to eat in Idalou. Highly recommend!
Stopped in on a quick trip through town and had the pulled pork sandwich. Very tender and good smoky flavor.
