Went in on Saturday @ 8:33 am. The sign says open at 8 & the open sign was illuminated. The guy seemed very confused & said nothing is ready.......

I went in and got two kids meals and my kids got milk got home and the white milk was expired and I didn’t even eat my chicken bacon ranch and the ranch was expired two so sour. The meat ball sub was nasty and the bathroom are the worst I have ever been in I will not be back again at this store I called two let them know about the white milk and they acted like they didn’t care. I watch out for dates on you stuff here

Ordered x2 #8 on the new Series menu. One with onion one with out. Wanted it toasted. It's supposed to have garlic aioli sauce already on it. Neither sandwich was toasted or had aioli, or was toasted. Cheese was still cold bread was a bit stale. If I hadn't asked for the second drink, I wouldn't have received my receipt or the second batch of cookies.Ordered on the App.Two stars. Giving them another chance in the future. Thursdays are game days, so I figured they might've been a bit busy.

While at rare times there is someone to take good care of the customer, it is hard to come by. On a daily basis I am greeted with employees who look miserable (which rubs off on customers), dirty smeared windows, but mainly; there is no way these people have not been trained to make a sub. Rather than put the food on one part of the bread and folding the sandwich over and closed, the meat is sloppily thrown on the bread, mainly in the middle, and when the sandwich is rolled, not folded, it is more of a hot dog than a sandwich with all of the contents spilling out with the sauce on one side and the meat being pinched together on the other. Everything would be okay if it were more of a sandwich than a hot dog but it greatly degraded the enjoyment of this place.
Went in about 11:30 am there were 5 people working but only 2 proceeded to serve me and 4 others, the manager is clipping her nails at a table. The girl with blue hair made my sandwich with no mask! I ordered a chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce and a meatball marinara with chipotle. They put chipotle on both, I asked for light veggies on the meatball and it's loaded! This isn't the first time I've had trouble either!!!
