As an avid pizza lover and partial Italian I’m a little perturbed about my last order. I work at 3337 Junction Hwy, Ingram, Texas 78025 and the dominoes I attempted delivery from is at 610 SH-39 Ste A, Ingram, Texas 78025.
This address is less that 4 minutes down the road and 1.5 miles but the app states that delivery is not available in my area at this time…the app also took my points when ordering bread bites and would not remove the bread bites or restore the points. The second comment is not a comment against the location specifically but against dominoes in general.

Best Domino's I've ever had! Staff is very nice and welcoming. Only thing that sucks is that they don't allow parking to access the water across the road. Imagine the business they would get if people could eat pizza after a swim.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for 4 years (since we moved in) because they are the only pizza place that will deliver. But tonight takes the cake. Ordered online as usual, chose delivery. After 30-45 min I check the tracker and says delivery order complete. I go outside and look everywhere. Nothing. I’ve called this store 20+ times no answer. They’ve hung up on me minimum of 3x now. I just want my money back! I’ll never eat at this dominos again! Furious is an understatement and I can’t get a single person on the phone to help me. Ever!

Ordered Hawaiian pizza with extra meats. Came out quick and well done. Had a nice conversation with their delivery driver. Kind people work here. Nice view of the river from inside too and 100 ft or so away from the dam. Small parking lot.

Me, my best friend and my sister walked to the domino's in Ingram and while walking I ordered online. When we got there they said that if we were students, and they said that if we didn't order them we would be kicked out. We were alright with that since we were waiting for our online order. After waiting for 3-5 minutes an employee told us " if you aren't going to order then leave"! And we told him that we had an online order and he started giving us attitude and when he looked at my phone he was silent but was still giving us a rude look. Overall the employee was very rude and idk if I want to eat here again.
Edit: When the guy was making the pizza he added something and me, and my sister got sick.

The service is terrible! Me and my friends got yelled at by the employees when we just got inside. I told them we made an order online that we are just going to wait and dine in. Later we got yelled at again by another employee that if we aren't going to order anything we have to get out. I told him that we made an order and then he said I don't have any order here. He was yelling and giving us attitude when he was telling that to us. Me and my friends didn't do anything wrong, we weren't messing around or anything. We just wanted to hang out and we got yelled at. I then showed him the phone that we do have an order and then looked at the TV. I said that's our order right there, saying the name. He was silent and I told him we are eating in here(we later decided to eat outside because we didn't want to be yelled at again.) After we got outside, more people started coming in and somehow they were yelling at us even though we didn't do anything wrong and the other people were treated nicely!! Again we didn't do anything but I don't recommend anyone coming and eating here. Not because of the food, but because of the customer service!
As we wait in...aparrently employee parking for our pizza for 45 mins. I see this sign. Now why would the up front parking on the both fron and side be for employees only? They are the ones working...they can't walk an additional 40 feet to the further parking? I believe customers should be able to park close to the door. I guess since customer service takes a back seat at this location...why not ask customers to park further away? The further they park I guess the longer it takes for them to get in and realize it will be an hour...just a word to the wise.

Wow this place was incredible. We get inside to order. I order a small pizza they say they don’t have small dough. So we order loaded tots and they say they’re out of tots. So we order a Philly cheesesteak and again no Philly cheesesteak. So we order a large pizza and bottle waters. They tell us the bottle waters won’t be cold. We accepted and paid. The worker gets a phone call while we are paying and curses at his phone. We pay and after paying they tell us they don’t have bottle waters. We tell them then we don’t want drinks. The employee proceeds to tell us we have to get drinks because we already paid for them. So we get 2 hot sodas. We go to wash our hands in the bathrooms before we eat and both have out of order signs. Once we got our pizza it was decent but I asked for salt and they said they did not have salt. I’m not sure how this place stays open ?
Their sandwich are the best.
