“Never have I experienced a more accommodating and understanding to dietary needs in any place of service. I took my mother and older sister there for a late Christmas present and they were simply pleasant and wonderful with their service. The tea selections were my favorite. You do have to call in ahead of time if you have gluten or vegetarian restrictions, but they are happy to accommodate for that. We lived just an hour away and it was worth the trip. Honestly, the pictures of this place do not do it justice of how wonderful the atmosphere and how everything looks inside. If you like to experience high tea or cozy tea vibes, this is the place to make the trip to.”

“Fresh food. My family and I ordered the appetizer with all the different items (forgot the name) but it was fresh and everything was so good. The burger was pretty good and shrimp were buttery and seasoned well. They tasted fresh. Overall great experience. We asked to be seated outdoors and our server, Ignacio was very attentive.”

“Don't let the building fool you. (I have rule for food establishments the older it looks the better it is). This place is unbelievable. Bark on the brisket and pulled pork was a perfect balance of seasoning, smoke and natural flavor of meat. I had the brisket, ribs and pulled pork (three meat plate) Brisket was moist and perfect balance of flavor, the ribs fell off the bone as I picked them up off the plate, and yet again perfect balance all the way through, the pulled pork was excellent and again balanced just right. The BBQ sauce was a perfect blend for pork or beef just added that extra level to all the meats. Now to the desserts!!!! The buttermilk pie was excellent not to sweet not to savory, the chocolate cake was like a true home made cake and the pecan pie was devine!!!!! Had to try all three with my family. Kerrville is lucky to have an establishment as good as this place. Well done 5 stars all the way around”
