“This place was recommended by our waitress in Jefferson. We swung by on our way back home after spending a week in the area. All I can say is everyone was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. This place is absolutely amazing and breathtaking taking! I got a beautiful hair on hide and some yummy meat to take home. We will be back when we can stay longer and eat some of that delicious smelling food!”

“They have a varied menu from ala cart to complete dinners and tortas( Mexican/ Cuban sandwiches), including a hamburger option and kids menu. Breakfast tacos are really good, so I believe the rest of the menu is equally good. They have red and green salsa to add spice to the food. I'm biased because I've had real Mexican food, so I miss the Mexican slow roasted pork and fresh shrimp for quesadillas and other dishes. Overall, I will go back to try another selection.

Vegetarian options: Sorry, but most cultures enjoy being omnivores. I suppose you could ask for only veggies and cheese, but it's all cooked on the same grill.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and should be introduced to Mexican food instead of the American selection on the kids menu”

Looks like a tiny house from the road, but the back half of this little country chic gem opens into a large patio filled with sitting under or out of the sun. The wine is delicious, and the owner is friendly. If you are looking to explore the Texas hill country, Joanne Marie and Me is a MUST. This place is meant to be savored not rushed. Last time, I was here they had a live band; yesterday, they had a great 80s playlist.”

Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly and many things for them to do. Along with theres a variety of age groups so the kids will have other kids to play with for sure.

Parking: Abundant space to park to no need to worry.”

“Cute place! Or tacos we're wrong. Well some of them. So we ordered three bean and cheese and got Bean and egg? Also ordered two carne guisada with cheese and got carne guisada with egg? So idk if she wrote egg instead of cheese but that happened this morning. Also I gave the service a three because they didn't seem like they wanted to be there they were very short with their questions and answers and they didn't smile. They said thank you and have a good day but it felt like a prompt they have to say. Which it might be but to me it wasn't the best customer service.
The food was delicious even with the egg instead of cheese mishaps. My tacos were right because I ordered two of their specialty tacos I got a hill boy and another one I can't remember the name at this moment but they were delicious. They are usually pretty good about getting the order right idk what happened today.
Don't let it deter you from coming here tho it is really good. I do think the girls need to smile more and be more welcoming to everybody whether you know them or not but that's my only major complaint, that goes for all the times I've been in that location, not just today.
Usually the food is correct and it is delicious!

“Has been my place for like 7 years now! I don’t get to go as often as I want, but every time I go it’s a chill environment with great bartenders, friendly customers, awesome games and music. Also amazing live bands! 10000/10 recommend!”

“I'd like to say that whataburger is a go to location. Food is generally pretty good, but not without having to go back in to get a drive through order fixed. Not sure how to fix that. We just make sure to check everything before driving off. Again food is always good...when it's right.”
