Very clean and serene
Too many cats running loose in park
On the Guadalupe river and next to the Ingram historical loop. If, you are self-contained you will do well. Quiet and relaxing. Full hook ups.
This little Parks a hidden treasure! Its on the bank of where Johnson River and Guadalupe join together. A great location for water activities and minutes from Kerrville!!
This was a great place to stay. Clancy and Renee are great people and did everything to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We would stay here again!!?☺
Right by the water. Good people that own the place.
Lovely water sounds, so soothing. A nice place to just relax.
Beautiful park and fantastic owners :) Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed a few weeks ago for two nights. Spoke to two gentlemen that were staying there and a lady the next day. It was quiet, people were pleasant. It did have cable TV but no internet on our phones. I believe that is the carrier in the area. Peculiar thing, the area was quaint but it appeared that most of the businesses were closed down.
Harold (owner) super hostile, vulgar, and demeaning towards tenants. Repeadetly accuses tenants of stealing. Very poor environment!
Beautiful stay and relaxing
Worst RV park I have ventured to, by far. This small park is full of long term residents who do not mind their own business and an extremely hostile and racist owner/manager. I would not take a child nor any family member to this park. Some of the residents are also habitual drug users.
Beautiful place. The location is perfect.
