Awesome atmosphere. The bartender showed us around the place and the story behind it. That was unexpected and delightful. We had the plain nachos and cheese for an appetizer. Looked very plain. But I couldn’t believe how good it tasted.

Stopped to grab lunch and we're so glad we did! We were immediately greeted and seated. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that served us but he was nice and friendly. We ordered chips with salsa and queso and the poppers. They were both so delicious. I ordered the kabob and my hubby ordered the zydeco. We were both very satisfied with our options. I also ordered the strawberry margarita. Everything was very tasty! High recommend.Parking: Had no trouble finding parking.

Great little place off the beaten path. Fun vibe. Food was outstanding. Service was friendly and attentive. Nice patio. We had the carnitas tacos & chicken fried steak, both delicious.

We enjoyed our dinner. The service was impeccable The music was jazzy and some old country. Love those two types of music. We did sit inside- you still have full view of the live band, but it's quiet enough for conversation. There were four of us - three ordered the chicken fried steaks and one had the enchiladas. We all had the green beans which were some of the best I have ever eaten. The CFsteaks were not the best but good and hot. I did not eat the enchiladas, but she finished them all, so they too must have been good We will return as the ambience is fun, the beer is cold, the tea is fresh, the music was good, and most importantly the service was excellent. We had a good time - which is the main purpose of "going out" It was fun

This place is a hidden gem. Food was tremendous, both the carnitas tacos and the chicken fried steak. Fun vibe. Friendly, attentive service. Nice patio, relaxed atmosphere.

Great food, great staff and a really cool building. We only had pretty simple fare...burgers and wings...but we really enjoyed it!

Smoking in the restaurant ruined it for us. Very disappointing because it could be such a fun establishment.

Great service from Leslie with a diverse menu that included many gluten free options. I had the gf flatbread with Turkey and considered the gf pasta since it sounded great. My companion loved the Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes…and there were left overs for dinner the next day. Music many weekend nights, but we were there on a mid week so lots of patio seating that allowed us to being our small dog with us. Thanks to the folks at the Cowboy and Angels lodge for the recommendation!

If you are looking for something unique and different then you gotta try this spot!! It's a little off the main road but well worth the trip. We ordered 3 different meals and it was all fantastic! The restaurant itself looks like a roadhouse bar and grill and very cozy on the inside. Indoor and outdoor seating with occasional live music.

I'm a very picky eater. It's very pleasant to dine in and enjoy good tunes. Their jalapeño poppers are a favorite of many. I have picked up some fried fish on Fridays for my wife and there was no fish left.Parking: Front doesn't look like much but there's plenty around back.

Went here on our fall colors trip. After visiting the stone henge 2 we really wanted a proper Texan dinner. This place did not disappoint. The country music was amazing and they agreed to serve us even when we were a bit late. The food was in big proportions and amazing. Our host was wonderful and very jovial. She gave us amazing recommendations and was so much fun. Would definitely recommend people traveling to visit here.

Phenomenal! Started with the Conjunto, and the tamales with the homemade queso were authentic and delicious! I ordered the Keen and Lovett's Front Porch Platter for the main course and was blown away by the homemade beans and cheese enchiladas. The quality of the food far surpassed all expectations! We can't wait to be back!
