“Their donuts taste like any other donut in town. BUT they have croissant donuts! I have a donut shop close to my house, but I drive to town to get those. They are delicious! The guy I see in the morning is so nice too. I'm going to go when they open today. If you don't get there early, they run out. They sometimes even have chocolate glazed ones. :-) yummmmm“

Love their donuts and kolache’s…and now they even have croissants! :) Today’s experience was not a great one though… ordered four croissants and three donuts. The bags were placed on different parts of the counter.. so we didn’t know which bags were ours… not all of the croissants were warmed… and when it came time to check out, I announced to the young gentlemen checking me out that I had four croissants, three donuts, and one small apple juice. I paid and did a 15% tip and then he told me he didn’t charge me for one of the croissants. 🤦‍♀️ I don’t mind paying for what I’m ordering… but this was after I announced what I should have… at this point, I was more so frustrated with the lack of care that he displayed…He didn’t apologize or show any emotion… just told me what more I owed.. On top of that, the other employees could tell something was going on and he was struggling. Another employee could have stepped in for a ‘teaching moment’.. just something to improve ‘customer service experience’. *Positive - After getting to my table I discovered another bag that was not mine. A different employee quietly slipped in an order of donut holes. Thanks to that employee.“

“Really GREAT donuts and kolaches. The people are very nice and courteous. And the store is very clean. They also have multiple bottled cold drinks and fresh hot coffee available. Call ahead and pick up later or walk in and order from many delicious pastries available of your choosing. Next to and in the same parking lot as Market Street, EZ parking, EZ to find with parking in front of the store. Handicap parking available.“

They act so dumbfounded and as if they're being inconvenienced. This isn't every time, but they certainly do not have a clue how to be cheerful.
