Pizza was excessively greasy, talking pools of grease on serving tray. cheese bread was burnt. ordered deep dish, received traditional crust.
Told server it was one ticket, was given two separate tickets upon payment and was told it "was the cooks" that said it had to be that way.
Server was kind and polite, apologized for everything. no offer to reduced total owed enlight of mistakes.
Will never eat there again.
