My granddaughters favorite place to eat Usually has friendly and courteous service however on this visit we sat in line on Sunday morning to get breakfast before we took our granddaughter home After getting there at 1020 am being in line 10 minutes we got to to order menus they shut down breakfast and refused to serve us I was very upset and all I got was sorry Very bad customer service

I was going through the drive-thru to get an ice cream cone on my way to work. I saw that the vehicle in front of me had a large ($40+) order. I ordered my cone and didn't realize that there were a total of 4 cars ahead of me. I sat without moving for 10 minutes. I understand that businesses, especially fast food, are short staffed at times. But can they not inform the customers in instances like this that there may be an increased wait time? I used to work here I quit recently and in my honest opinion it's not worth your employment they won't approve of schedule changes especially if it's Monday-friday weekends off especially if you are in school recommend going somewhere where they will approve and not be rude about it the employees gossip way to much not all but some of them and not to mention cuss infront of customers looking at you service crew you guys honestly need to do better alot of people I hear from say...read full review
