Excellent time. Good service. Glad they re-opened.

There's free parking in the garage. You have to validate your parking via QR code in the cinema lobby. Wear semi comfortable shoes. Tons of other stuff to do around the theatre without leaving the garage. Great vibes. Same as the Alamo in Richardson.

Horrible experience.
Movie started - 8:20.
Food ordered - 8:30pm.
We received part of our order at 9:45pm.
Received the rest of our order at 10pm (it wasnt even correct).
Check dropped at 10:10.
Movie ended at 10:12.
Sitting and waiting for my card...
Finally got my debit card back at 10:26.

Hannah the manager said "sorry there was only 1 server in there for 58 people"

Just felt completely dismissed by her.

We came for dinner and a movie and didn't get our appetizer until 12 minutes before the movie ended.

I told her I had to leave the theatre 2 times to mention our food missing and she said "why'd you leave the theatre 2 times?".

I left the theatre the 2nd time because 25 minutes had gone past since my first exit.

The manager Hannah patronized us for being upset and took zero accountability. Also we were absolutely still charged and told there was nothing they could do. I have never had an experience like this period and am beyond frustrated and disappointed. Sad to say that I have lost any good faith I have in this company due to the actions of at least two employees.

This was my fault since I didn't call ahead i guess. We went to beetlejuice hoping to get the popcorn bucket with the worm. Alamo draft house is the only place with it. This location did not have it. We drove from Fort Worth to get it. My wife ordered a margarita and she didn't like it. I was just going to drink but it was the worst drink I've had in a while. They took it off the bill and i appreciate that. My wife just wanted that bucket and that dulled the whole night. First time I've been to an Alamo draft house.

Movie and service was good, but parking is a nightmare and finding the entrance to a place you've never been was different and difficult. Plus the chairs didn't recline

Parking is very inconvenient. Was told to park in the parking garage and the cist would be waived. Paid $55 and couldn't figure out how to validate when we left. Food was cold and tasted terrible. The bacon was soft and under cooked. You can't even see your food because it's so dark, so after tasting it, I used my cell phone flashlight to look at my meal. After seeing what I was actually eating, I didn't touch the food

It was ok, from the outside it’s like any other Alamo. However upon entering it’s a very tight/small reception. That was surprising. The seats don’t recline and they look horribly maintained. They look something like you’d find in an old old diner. I don’t think we’d go back.

Parking was awful. Customer service was nonexistent. Called needing help and never got a call back. I'll stick with other dine in theaters.

Food is predictably solid for an Alamo. The people are very nice but the parking situation is not good. That will likely keep us from coming back as regularly as we would.

This movie theater is very cool with its old school retro vibe. The food is great. You have to try the choclate chip cookies!
