Orders take a minute like they're understaffed. The good was good.
They didn’t allow us to enter because we were 20 mins late for the movie due to “their theater policy” we wasted our money for nothing.
Great prices
Love Alamo drafthouse so glad they came back!!! Great food and good atmosphere. Their drinks are great too and a good selection of beer.
The service & theater are all very nice! Deliver food to your seat and the servers were friendly! The boozy milkshakes were phenomenal!
The issue we had is we bought tickets to the new Lilo & Stitch movie a week in advance. We sent our seats to friends & they got seats next to ours. Day of the movie comes & they change the theater due to air conditioning which is understandable. They had to move our seats apparently. However they moved our seats from the middle rows of the theater to the very last way away from our friends. What upset us is two people walked in behind us to buy tickets & they ended up with 1 open seat next to my friends then the 2 people who bought tickets last minute when those 3 seats should have been out since they were our original seats. Left a very sour taste in our mouth. There wasn’t much they could do about it with it being almost sold out which I get but why were we moved anyways if they were open? And moving us from the middle where we bought seats a week ago to the last row is a little frustrating.
Overall about to watch Lilo & Stitch & am so excited!
Understaffed for tonight's event. Food and drink delivered just over an hour into the movie.
Had a great time, eating , having a couple of beers and enjoying a movie
The team is so pleasant, love the new recliner chair
With NO NOTICE OR SIGN they’ll lock all the doors and not answer the phone. This clearly shows poor customer service and communication. I appreciate the apology call however, if employees are doing their job properly you wouldn’t need to call an apologize for them not being able to see their movie when mine started at 8pm and I arrived at 8:03. Ps: the manager next door at Gloria’s mentioned this happens often. That’s not a good sign!
My mom and step dad loved it. They didn’t like the fact that the chairs do not recline back.

Bad service and bad experience
Wish we had an Alamo Drafthouse in Fort Worth! A cinema lovers dream. Appreciate how personal it feels to movie lovers. The one thing I never cared for with other theaters is the commercials before the previews, I love what Alamo does with the actors history of the movie you’re about to watch. Service is great and I like how they handle it. Best popcorn around too!
Second time at the las colinas location we order and no food comes. The response from the manger “ sorry we are busy with other theaters” this time we don’t even waste our time asking for a manger. We get from our waitress “we have no record of your order “ 🙄 . We love this theater but it’s hit or miss unfortunately … we happily ate at Gramaldis pizza after the movie!! 10 out of 10 if you never tried 🍕
Pros - the food is delicious
Cons - the run food service during the movie. I have to adjust recliner every time someone wanted food.
I dont mind going to a regular movie theatre where I can watch the movie without interruptions.
My date and I went to see Thunderbolts yesterday at 4. The box and bartenders where very attentive but the wait for her food was unacceptable. We ordered at the same time and my pizza came out 40 mins before her cheesesticks. When I asked they said they where very busy. My thing is if you need help hire more people.
