Alamo drafthouse is always a great place to see a movie. This location has difficult parking if there's a concert, the bar is...odd, and the drinks take too long to pour for my taste while in the theater. But it's still a drafthouse, so it's better than all other movies theaters.

The manager did not care about customer satisfaction at all. When things did not go well for me as the customer, it was clear the manager was not interested in trying to make anything right or a compromise. If that guy keeps that up, he may get as far in life as making a solid $40k/yr. Zero personal skills and zero warmth. An incompetent leader to say the least.

BE AWARE! Me and my friends (group of 5) decided to visit Alamo Drafthouse at Las Colinas and they did not let us in because were "10 minutes late" to the showing although we decided to skip the trailers. They said their late policy is on the board and NO LATE POLICY EXISTED THAT MANDATES TO LOSE YOUR TICKET. There is no strict policy that will now allow us to enter. We were ONLY 10 minutes late and the management did not allow us to enter because we did not show up on the dot. EVERY MOVIE THEATER allows you to go in because you pay for your seating. It was a horrible experience how management handled it and only gave us a partial refund although we showed up and paid for the seating online. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

The service was efficient and friendly, and our movie viewing experience was very enjoyable. I appreciate VERY much the variety of vegan options on the menu!!

Parking is a nightmare. Every single spot and garage in the vicinity is labeled with “Music Factory parking only” and there are signs threatening to tow your car. This theater needs to label spots and protect their business from these predatory practices. Recommend going somewhere else for this reason.

Always go to a Alamo Drafthouse. They are the best theater. Went to see Nightmare on Elm Street.

Great cinematic experience, but food could be better

The men's room smelled like there was a raw sewage backup. And the sound was sensory friendly and then it wasn't all of a sudden. I came out of the theater to complain and someone from another theater was already complaining about how uncomfortably loud the sound had gotten. I waited 5 minutes and the sound was never turned down. I got my money back.

Do not order the watermelon margarita! It was disgusting. It was so smoky no hint of watermelon and the lime&salt did not help. The viewing experience was great though! Good for movies but not movies and drinks

One of my favorite places, loved the old rustic style. Great popcorn is always a plus ;)

Staff was the highlight of our visit - they were very friendly, even chatted about our movie beforehand. Parking was a pain (honestly, what can you expect in this area?), but there is a garage nearby for space so you won't be left with nothing.
