This is the first time I’ve dined at this specific Applebee’s and I WILL definitely be back. Alex our sever was a sweetheart, and so attentive too, she kept making sure our drinks were filled. Their manager on duty, Chrissie also kept checking up on our table and the tables around us to make sure our meals were up to standards. Overall 10/10 experience!

⭐️⭐⭐️ Service was pretty slow, and the employee helping us seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The manager overheard us talking, and things did improve after that — service became more attentive. Our order wasn’t correct at first, but it was fixed once we brought it up. Overall, an okay experience but definitely room for improvement.

Our server Miracle was horrible never checked on us, had to ask for our bill then waited 15 min for her to come get our payment then she dropped our receipt off and never said thanks or bye. I have been a server for many years and the service we received tonight made sure we will not return!

Very intoxicated patron, bartender Alex , continued to serve him tequila. After patron openly and loudly expressed his intoxicated state.. using very loud cuss words in front of children at restaurant... never again
Placed a pick up order.. waited 5 mins curbside, no one came out. Called them, it rang and rang... went in to see a staff member slowly walking to the phone. I advised that I was there to pick up my order. He walked back to check, then walked back by me, providing no update on my order. Nevertheless, all of this took 10 additional minutes to the original pick-up time.
Update: I had a more pleasurable experience on my last visit. My food was brought out with little wait time and I did not have to call. Sahar (I believe that's her name) was very nice and helpful. The ultimate trio was worth every penny!
Came in at 4:50 on a Tuesday and no one was there. The restaurant wasn't full, borderline empty but there wasn't a hostess or server in sight. Not even a sign saying sit yourselves. Waited 15 minutes before I realized everyone was at the bar talking to each other. It wasn't like they wouldn't known we were here because the door slammed shut behind us due to the strong winds. I get slow days mean you can relax a bit, but at least glance at the front here and then??? Id rather make the drive to the airport than come back here.
