There was a bug in my Margarita when I went up to the bar tender to tell her she replied with oh ok .. then I had the loudest most rude server ever her voice took over the whole restaurant annoyingly ….tall Latina / white woman with curly short brown hair I was disappointed and disgusted with this restaurant

This poor review is in regards for the very mediocre service by Lily behind the bar on 7/18 day shift. As an 11 year service industry veteran, she was acting as if she didn’t care about providing any hospitality or even receiving a tip. I try to only speak facts, however I felt as if I was given service with a pre - notion that I wasn’t going to tip. I seldom leave a 0 dollar tip when I dine and today I did because of her poor customer service. As a guest at a restaurant where I come now on a regular basis because of EXCELLENT staff like Josh and Rick (5 star associates), I just have such high standards and Lilly did not even get close to being hospitable. “Service is what you do, hospitality is how you make people feel.” I tip based on hospitality because the $2.13 an hour covers the service part. If this was my first time her below mediocre service would not bring me back.
Unrelated: There was also a HUGE gnat issue by the beer taps.

Unfortunately we again had a bad experience on this particular location After 5yrs we wanted to give our neighbor Apple bees another try And ones again a big disappointment and will never go back again 5 yrs ago we saw a mouse 🐁 they said it was because of renovations And today roaches we saw one and it wasn't the water ones it was the nasty dirty ones the little ones that only appear where it's dirty

I was there yesterday and My food was so good and what topped it off was the awesome customer service my waitress Brianna she was super friendly and attentive and we so happened to talk a little bit of anime which made me feel so welcomed I will be coming back again! <3

Applebee's is a reliable, consistent dining experience. It's the kind of place you go when you want familiar comfort food and a predictable atmosphere. Perfect for a quick bite with friends or family. Our server, Brianna Esparza, was the best. She was attentive without being intrusive and was actually cheery. Everything was delicious, and our drinks were refilled without asking.

I wanted to try apple bees since it’s been quite a few years to think we came to this location with understaffed people, waited about 45 mins to grab someone’s attention. No waiters came to ask us if we been attended or not. A lady comes from the back and says no one informed me ? Huh ? You walked past by us 2 times. As an ex waiter myself I would check up on my customers every 10 - 20 mins or so to make sure they are ok with the service given.
We left after she said “ no one informed me “ .
