This place is straight garbage ! We just had "dinner" here. $46 for RAW BEANS RAW RICE, I'm pretty sure the white enchilada sauce was expired as it was separated and tasted foul! The tamales are definitely canned and were disgusting. My husband's fajitas had 2 strips of meat and a couple of rubbery shrimp with stale tortillas. The rest was super bland.Don't even waste your money on this place! I would do less than 1 star if I could. The ONLY positive thing was our waitress was halfway sweet.

I go to Arturo’s 3+ times a month with a crowd of 4-6 people. We have always loved our visits. We got there today and ordered our drinks - they no longer sale Diet Coke (only Diet Zero - not the same) so my sister went to the dollar store to get a bottle of Diet Coke. When she got back, she was informed she could not bring drinks in. Understand if it was a cup, but this was a sealed bottle. I explained that we would have purchased it, if they had it.So we walked out after paying $8.00 for the 2 glasses of tea and they lost a sale of $75+.Only 1 other customer inside the entire restaurant at the time.Went to another restaurant down the road with Diet Coke in hand.Gentleman said he was the Owner/Manager.
