Bar Louie - Music Factory

They were super short staffed even though they knew there was a cheerleading competition in town. It was only at half capacity. Anytime you ordered something it took 30 to 40 minutes just to get it. My sisters wine sat on the bar for 20 minutes before the waitress brought it to her. The second time we ordered drinks we just grabbed them off the bar once we saw they were ready. Some of our food was over cooked and lukewarm by the time we got it. We were so hungry we just scarfed it down. They waitress had no personality at all and did not deserve the 20% tip my mom left her.

This was one of the worst dining experiences ever. The waitress came to our table once every 30min, the female bartender was beyond rude, the waitress got my wife's order wrong, we had 6:30 reservations but didn't get seated until 6:50 and they weren't busy. Not a chance I'll spend money with this particular location ever again. Terrible

I had to leave a review because of our server! She was one of my absolute favorites at another restaurant I frequent so I was so happy to see her here and find out where she works now. Tymbria is always the most attentive, funny, sweet, beautiful, energetic and kind server there is. She keeps the drinks coming, has great suggestions! She is always making hilarious jokes or doing a little dance, I’m telling you she’s the SWEETEST. I have been to a few Bar Louie’s and this one is definitely different but still a fun time! It’s more of a restaurant but if you are there later it’s still a bar vibe! Now that we know Tymbria is there we will be back! If she’s there when you go, ask for Tymbria! We love you girl! 💙

I really want to like this place but every time I go, I get disappointed. They've over charged me a couple of times. When I get home and see my transactions, they somehow charge me way more than what I was told the total was.
They always mess up my drinks, my food, and most of the time the waiters are rude.
I always give them the benefit of the doubt and think maybe they had an off day or something, but I guess not.

I wanted to let you know that the bartender at bar Louie Monica. Is very unprofessional and only serves white people apparently and then there's a curly head gentleman with a scruffy beard. He is also in the same boat. We sat there for 15 minutes without service, but as soon as white people came in the establishment, they all ran to the different ones around. I find this unacceptable but believable because of the day and time we live in people feel privileged you are not privileged. Everyone deserves respect. It's called customer service. I think they need to be rebranded and taught whomever the manager. Is you need to have a good discussion with them?

Bar Louie – Toyota Music Factory is my go-to spot, especially since it’s open late almost every day. It’s the perfect place to unwind with friends. I really enjoy the drinks, they’re always well made and the food hits the spot every time. The wings are a standout, and the new flatbread on the menu is definitely worth trying.
Great vibe, great food, and a reliable late-night hangout. I’ll always be coming back with friends! 🍗🍹
