Best service at a Baskin Robbins I have experienced! The associate was super kind and patient as my toddler chose a flavor. And it was clean, well-kept with plenty of seating. My toddler and I will be back soon :)

I'm surprised that this store got above 4-star ratings ... because this place crab and worst in whole Irving.. the girl over there(with glass- looks like Indian) is snail very slow and always mistakes with order never satisfied with service! May be owner need to pay attention on her !

Came in tonight after another bad night yesterday, they are now charging for bigger cups to fit the sundaes yesterday; I came in today with the same order and the two young employees with me telling me that’s not how they serve the sundaes, I explained I don’t care how they come I don’t mind paying extra and they STILL made it wrong and got upset because my husband wanted his order right. I asked for names they told me they don’t have to give me their names and to call the manager Raddesh because he should know the schedule. I’m going to call corporate because we SPEND alot of money at this location and get treated very poorly like we’re discriminated against (another lady walked in (Indian/Middle Eastern and they greeted and started talking to her). They don’t wash their hands and put their hands inside the cups, I may have to start driving to the Arlington location which is 30 mins away because this location has declined this year and I don’t want to argue everytime I come in because I want my order a certain way.

Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service from the young ladies this evening. Not courteous, rushed service when no one was in the shop and literally "starred" when asked simple questions. Very odd and unsettling. I won't be returning to this establishment.

I came to this store after many years, surprisingly I left dissatisfied by the lack of communication between team members, they messed up the writing on a $42 cake I just got and fix it but it’s not great. Oh well what can I do I took it. Another thing that really bothered me is that their AC appeared to be off, it was a 105 degrees outside they should have some common sense no wonder everyone takes their ice cream to go.
