Front desk people packs food super bad. They packed pastries and sweet pan in one box. What a poor service.Food is not that great but restaurant looks good.

Today I came to dinner with my family.We were total 4 members and I don’t know that we need to pay for water.Before food was served to table they gave us 4 water bottles and we are done with the food and we requested for water.While serving water they told us they will charge was water.Please before ordering food tell every customer that we need to pay for drinking water.Will not visit any more for this restaurent.Thanks for the great service.Keep selling water bottles.It’s your responsible to provide drinking water for every customer with free of cost.It’s a basic need.Gud bye to Bawarchi

Food was great imho. My cohorts, who are Indian thought it was just ok. The service was poor though. It seemed like we were not paid any attention and had to get the attention of our server many times to get anything to happen

I have an order of chicken dum biriyani and got one chicken piece with worst rice, then I have realized because I got a free starter from points so they just throw the worst food to customer. If you are not willing to support the points then talk to your franchise. Food quality of biriyani is very bad and starter is dipped in some liquid and thrown at customer face. Worst food and not a customer centric restaurant.

Bawarchi Biryani is a great family place to dine in. Masala dosa was served with coconut chutney, pyaaz tamatar chutney, sambhar and aalam chutney. Aalam chutney was excellent in taste. Malai kofta was very well prepared and garlic naan was average in taste.
30+ BIRYANI VARIETIES BUT ALWAYS OUT OF VEG BIRYANI!!!As a vegetarian you will find yourself settling for a biryani dish other than what you had in mind or find appetizing...90% of the time they're out of veg biryani.FYI, one small water bottle now costs $1.50 each...

Phani and his team are amazing. They are super easy to work with and very communicative. They offer a great price and the food is to die for. We used them for our wedding events of Grah Shanti/Haldi and the Sangeet. So many variety of options. The food was hot and tasty. The Chickoo Shake is probably the best tasting shake I’ve ever had. Would use them again in a heartbeat and eat their food the next time we are in Dallas. Our in laws visit them quite frequently as well.
