Horrible customer service, they don't care for customers. Saw cockroaches running around the ground. Been here many years ago and it was very good but now it's ran by people with NO customer service experience. Not coming back.
Nice lunch, but nothing exciting. Celebrating my daughter's birthday and she was a little underwhelmed. She was EXTREMELY disappointed that one of the managers took her plate and when she told him she wanted it to go it started he would pack it and when he returned to gather more plates he didn't bring back her to meal. He discarded the food. We didn't receive or get asked if we wanted the green tea that came with the meal. It was just not a memorable (good memory) birthday lunch for our table of 10 guest. Also, more than a few orders were messed up.
The chef was very good and put on a good show for us but we felt our waitress was rushing the whole experience. She brought soup and salad together and came back quickly to pick everything up even though some were still eating and same at the end of our meal, was bringing the check and to go boxes when everyone was still eating. Then, she stood there with her arms crossed while we looked at the bill. Was not a relaxed experienced as in times past, but food was very good overall and the chef put on a great show for our grandkids.
Chef Jose was very good and prepared food right to our taste. We ordered Hibachi Chicken(4.5/5), Hibachi Shrimp(5/5) ; Chicken Fried Rice (4.5/5), chicken fried rice with added shrimp (5/5) . Mango colada as drink Nice experience of Friday night. Repeatable experience. Of course my son surprised me by taking care of the bill and that made it best experience ever
For spending about $100/person. Screaming kids and having to hunt down a server should be unacceptable
Per usual my experience was great, new chef he was great server fairly new he was attentive as he could be with 3 big tables at a time.. food was phenomenal
We were taken to our table immediately upon arrival, our party of 3 and one other of 4. Our drink order was taken and we were asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. When our drinks arrived our order was taken. In a few minutes our chef arrived with his equipment and food. Food was prepared with flair and seasoning. Dinner was well paced.
We go at least once a year. Food is always EXCELLENT! prices are on the rise, but if you want Beni's you have to pay!!
Celebrated my recent birthday at the restaurant. Overall, food and service were very good and we were blessed to have some good people at our table. Worth the trip.
The service was slower than normal but seems there were several guests who had unrealistic expectations. Carlos (chef) was good. Not a lot of tricks or gimmicks and didn't talk much. I will be very careful where I sit going forward. One guy at the table wanted to entertain everyone within 2-3 tables. Loud, crude, foul language, and simply rude. Not the table to celebrate a 15th birthday. The other couple seemed very protective of the seating space. So much so that they moved the plate from my place before we got seated. They had 2 open seats next to them but wanted to crowd our space. But once the person asked for steak sauce the mentality was clear. Food and service are still good, but this location isn't what it used to be.

I wanted to share feedback regarding our recent visit on November 11th. We made a reservation through OpenTable for 7:00 PM, but upon arrival, we were informed there would be an hour and a half wait. The hostess explained that reservations made through OpenTable do not guarantee a table at the designated time, which was surprising and disappointing. We were eventually seated close to 9:00 PM after being told we would be seated at the next available table, but several other parties were seated before us. Once seated, our server took our order and brought drinks, but never returned to check for refills. One guest never received her cocktail, though it was initially charged. Additionally, the cook's performance was below expectations compared to previous visits. While we understand that November 11th was Veterans Day and likely a busy day, better planning or limiting reservations could have helped avoid these issues.
Manny was an amazing cook as well as a great entertainer and Terrance did great for what he could with the traffic from Veterans Day he handled everything well.
Great food. Fine Chef. It was very disappointing that although we had a reservation, we had at least a 40 minute wait to be seated.
Food quality was ok however the portion sizes for the cost was not worth it at all. Also our server was very inattentive and mostly absent. I would much rather spend my $150 elsewhere.
The food is always amazing when we come here. This is the first restaurant I came to when I first moved to Texas and it's become a regular weeknight or celebration spot for us.
