Another customer had to get up from the table in order to find out if we even had a server assigned to us. Apparently they didn't have enough servers and they were under staff. We decided to just leave and find a better spot.

Okay so here is my review since the beginning we showed up on a Sunday almost 9pm they said it would be a 30 minute wait it looked empty and close to closing time, manager came and asked us if we wanted to wait the 35-40 minute wait That should’ve been a red flag since it was empty we stupidly said yes. We got drinks at the bar I don’t recall ever telling the bartender to close our tab but she did without us telling her. Our cook was over it looked like he wanted to go home food tasted burnt he left the veggies and noodles on too long didn’t give a good show. Ryan was our server and although he was an ok server he forgot our yum yum sauce. Overall food and service was a ZEROOOOO.

Horrible empathy and customer service!My son had an allergic reaction to something unknown, maybe the passion fruit drink since it was the only thing they had had so far, and they could care less about him. They only made sure to care for him and his friend paying the drink they each had (which that was fair) and the chicken fried rice that the cook was making.They obviously didn't wait till it was done because of his throat starting to close up, they had to get up to leave. They did make the waiter know what was happening but no empathy on their end. Really dissapointed with their lack of care for their customers.

Got there at 730 with reservation for 8 people. Chef didnt show up till we complained 65 minutes later. Food was ok but rice was not fully cooked. Then a 375.00 bill; price on site not what we found at the location. Last trip to this location. Also loud fan vent above our table.

The staff was very friendly. The hibachi chef was entertaining and knew how to cook food with just the right amount of seasoning and not too much oil. Everything was delicious!
The Servers were amazing. We had Gio ad our chef and he also did Amazing ! It was a very Happy 2nd Birthday for my son Kjar! Thank You All!!!

I never went to this place before. Very expensive place. It will run you around 35-40 plus per person. The meal seems small to me. I could do better at a buffet or bq place. You get a person or chef entertain you while he cooks your food. Funny, they asked me if I had a reservation. It looks like a ghost town based on my observation.

The food was great. Starting out, the service was very slow. However, the servers were all very good. It took us about an hour to get our food. For this restaurant, that is pretty slow. The steak was done perfectly. Fried rice was excellent.
