If you order something from there get ready to wait more than hour. Restaurant is very dirty and server was very rude , her tone and response was not welcoming at all.

Solid spot if you’re hungry and craving a homely South Indian meal. Their thali is pretty decent for the price—filling, scrumptious, and comforting, though the curries can be a bit on the oily side.

One thing to note: they charge extra for a veg curry if you get a non-veg thali, but even with that, it’s still cheaper than most other places.

The biggest downside? Service is slooow. There’s only one person running the place, so don’t come here if you’re in a rush. But if you’ve got time and want a satisfying lunch that hits the spot, it’s worth checking out.

Dietary restrictions: Good options for vegan/gluten free diets. Not suitable for people with allergies.

Food isn't that great, Adds too much oil and sometimes you might even find some bugs and the customer service that's the highlight of everything the worst of all and they are always late on delivering the orders

Ordered the chicken fry. Not much actual meat because each piece was full of broken bones

Desi Flavors has a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

The menu offers a solid selection of traditional Indian dishes, and I was excited to try a few. The chicken tikka masala was flavorful and well-spiced, but the naan was a bit undercooked and lacked the fluffiness I expected. I also ordered the biryani, which was decent but not as aromatic or rich as I’ve had at other places.

Service was friendly, but it felt a bit slow during the busy lunch hour, which made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, the prices were a bit on the higher side for portion sizes, leaving me wanting a bit more bang for my buck.

Desi Flavors has great potential, and I appreciate the effort in the kitchen, but there are definitely areas for improvement. I’d be open to giving it another try in the future, hoping for a more consistent experience.

So sorry to leave this review but I’m currently battling bacterial food poisoning after eating at this restaurant for Diwali. Really disappointed and very, very sick.

We went there for breakfast buffet. Food is reasonably good but that no way compensates how unhygienic the place is. I have seen roaches, retaining water under one of the tables. Don’t get me started on the table surfaces. I think customers have to clean up after they are done as it’s a buffet, so probably the blame cannot be put entirely on owners. Regardless owners need to do something about it, they cannot cause inconvenience to other customers. We couldn’t find one single table that looked appealing to sit n eat. We cleaned it ourselves before sitting.

One other thing that seemed a bit weird is how they hand over a single plate to you after you pay the bill. It’s a buffet, so aren’t we supposed to have access to plates if we needed another one?. Some people just don’t prefer taking half eaten plates back to the food counter to fill. Hope there is way to make it reasonable for both parties.

Tried the Vijayawada boneless biryani and mutton gongura biryani, and honestly, I’m disappointed. The only reason I kept going back after a few bad experiences is because it’s so close to my place, but I think this is the last time.

The chicken pieces were so tough they felt like rubber, and the flavor just wasn’t there. I ended up tossing most of it – definitely not worth it.

Lady at desk/cashier was poor in communicating about order issues with Uber eats. I had flagged the issue before ordering and then placed the order but order got cancelled and they didn’t notify they have been having issue all evening. If they notified me ahead id have picked it up myself and saved couple of hours.
