Great place everyone was great
They charge too much for ice cream and are too pushy about keeping the freezers stocked. I just went ahead and had them remove their freezers from my store. Their competitors offer more flexibility and variety at better prices.

Power went out in Dallas due to heavy wind for 2 days and all the ice cream melted. Company ends up telling me to pay 50% of the loss of the ice creams. That is tossing $100's of dollars out the window. Rep tells me it's not our fault you didn't have power.
