Recent started working near Irving and I went to this Boston market and Ms. Griselda is one of the BEST employees, this Boston market has she welcomes the customers with a great attitude and serves them extremely well. her customer service is beyond amazing and very helpful and friendly. The food is also delicious and well cooked and prepared to order. So far one of the best Boston markets I've ever been to. Thank you, Ms. Griselda ♥️

I haven't had a chance to be back at a Boston Market in over 20 years and I was craving it.Unfortunately they had a labor shortage and only one staff member was working his hardest to do everything in the store. While he was considerate and pleasant, the restaurant is too much for one staff member and it shows.The restaurant needs a good cleaning, the food was not fresh (how can it be with only 1 staffer??) the corn bread was a third of its original size. I'd call it a corn flat bread. I have no intention to return. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is your hard working employee.Management needs to hire and retain more staff. Management needs to clean the store.

As far as the cuisine is concerned, I shall state that it's flavor was on point and exceeded my expectations. Yet, it was a horrific realization that both the chicken as well as the ribs that I ordered were dry to the point that I am very sure that if the meat were made of sand, I would have consumed less water to have washed it down. If the Ganges river weren't so polluted, I would have drank all the water and still been thirsty. In reference to food in terms of the government, they should market their meats to the army so that they can use the meat to feed those in Guantanamo Bay, because although it is technically nourishment, it's also torture.

The new manager refused to remove the skin from my chicken, then he did not want to honour the $10 loyalty credit I had earned for giving them business, I had asked my whole chicken to be cut into my usual 8 pieces but only got 1/4s, again, they don’t have silverware anymore and were stingy with plastic ware. These are not enticing me to go back to Boston Market. I can’t wait to go back to Swiss Chalet in Canada!

Ordered from them online an doordash delivered it the whole order was messed up! Partially not what we ordered and missing items never again!it was clear the staff there did not care about our order or the directions that was clearly printed in the receipt so they had to see them! Still haven’t received my refund have to keep jumping through hoops for my own money when it was your establishments mess up!!

The chicken wasn't plucked good, still had feathers, the two sides looked dry and old like they had been sitting there all day and the corn bread was cold. I did not get my money's worth at all.

The food tasted fine. The chicken portions were small. The chicken legs were so tiny I am not sure they were chicken. Locks and chains on the doors were a little odd. However, I would go back if I was in that area.

We got here at 1125am on a Saturday and it is stilled closed. The website and Google/yelp both say open at 11am. No paper sign of any sign saying when it opens. I understand staffing is an issues now. But at least it should post a paper sign saying it is closed or when it's gonna open.

I ordered from here through Grubhub, and just received my food. The sides were good, but the turkey was HORRIBLE. It was hard to touch and dry. I tried pouring the gravy on top but that still didn’t help. I can’t believe they would serve what I just had to anyone.
