Braums is good.
I ordered two single dip candy bar sundaes and they got both of them wrong. I wanted cookies and cream with oreos didnt get that. my other one didnt even have fudge at all in the ice cream. I the two people at the window were very rude and don’t have good customer service.
Love the banana splits! I love the french fries! I love the biscuits and gravy! But I MISS THE LIME SHERBERT! I WANT MY LIME SHERBERT FREEZE BACK! 💚
I love Braums! However, today was my first and last time at this location. The service was absolutely terrible. The shake was handed to me with ice cream all down the sides to the point it leaked in the car and on my clothes when I attempted to take the top off. My deluxe burger was old and overcooked. 🤦🏾♀️ I would highly encourage preparing these young people to not just have a job, but find value in the work/presentation.

Water on floor unattended staff. The cheese burger has changed from a large grill cooked burger to a small pre wrapped cold and dry Burger.
My favorite spot for ice-cream and shakes.
Too many teenagers. They didn't engage in helping the customers. Were on their phones more than everything.
Asked for a table to b cleaned and was handed towel so I cleaned myself
