I love bread and I love the bread at Bread Zeppelin even more. Friends would bring me a loaf when they were picking up their orders and now I eat the Line Star Zeppelin almost every Tuesday and I still get an extra loaf of bread for a mid-day snack. This location is always super busy and the staff is super friendly. Skip Chipotle and Five Guys and get yourself a Zeppelin instead.

Placed an online catering ordering over 12 hours in advance, showed up at the pick up time and they hadn’t even started filling my large order. I was told they had a lot of call in orders this morning and were busy filling those. Wrong answer my dude. I placed the order a day BEFORE. Now I have an office of 10 people that will receive their lunch extremely late. Extremely poor management making poor decisions.
They started digging out all the breading out of the baguette for the Zeppelin and it’s annoying

I let her know I was a first timer and she said welcome and you'll be back, walked me over to where I needed to order and made sure I was taken care of. What a delight if a person. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely pathetic. I’ve tried this locations several times because the las Colinas locations sucked so bad and now this location is even worse. Why place an order if no one is going to follow it? Consistent issues that make me never want to risk my money at a Bread Zeppelin ever again. Here’s a tip: don’t hire high schoolers to run your store if you don’t want it to fail.
