I let her know I was a first timer and she said welcome and you'll be back, walked me over to where I needed to order and made sure I was taken care of. What a delight if a person. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely pathetic. I’ve tried this locations several times because the las Colinas locations sucked so bad and now this location is even worse. Why place an order if no one is going to follow it? Consistent issues that make me never want to risk my money at a Bread Zeppelin ever again. Here’s a tip: don’t hire high schoolers to run your store if you don’t want it to fail.

The food was really great. The service was average based on what is standard for today. Since it's an assembly line similar to Subway, I won't let the attitude of one employee ruin my experience. The southwest steak salad zeppelin was pretty delicious.

What a JOY it was to partner with Bread Zeppelin this week for 2 different days of needed catering and we were all blown away with the quality of service throughout this transaction! I will start with Renay who helped with our catering order and guided us through all detail with friendliness, prompt communication and efficiency! Then the communication from the onsite staff Allison and Hunter - managing details etc -- OUTSTANDING! And then lets get to the main attraction - the food! We had a variety of Zeppelins for a group of about 45 each day and ALL feedback was excellent. Fresh ingredients and so yummy! My fav is the Southwest or Metro Cobb! Again - so refreshing to partner with a company that goes above and beyond to care for the customer catering experience. Thank y'all for being a reliable catering source which is so needed at a great value and price point.
We're looking to break the routine. I ran into the catering manager at a lunch time networking meeting with the Chamber of Commerce. And I liked her from her previous job, so I said yes! So I came by tonight to remind myself of what the food was like. I ordered the kids sized Washington state with some chips and bread pudding. Are there my wife ordered a bowl of the Nola and a cookie. Both salads were delicious and served fast and a smile. Staff here was busy but yet efficient and friendly. The food was excellent. I don't think the kids sized half Zeppelin is appropriate for an adult, but it sure was delicious. ***The bread pudding was just right!!!! The bowl my wife got was overwhelming in quantity. It also was quite delicious. I look forward to ordering 88% Box lunches for the boys.

I wish I remembered the name of the lady that helped me at this location. She was amazing-friendly, and such great energy. She brightened my day! Her service surpassed Chic-Fil-A’s “my pleasure”! I didn’t love my salad to be honest but the staff made the whole experience worthwhile. I didn’t get a zeppelin but I did get bread to go with my salad and I was a little surprised they didn’t have butter? I think it’s overpriced for a salad - in my opinion

The food and the general service is very good. I come here almost every other day for lunch. However a couple times recently I've had items left off of my meal. I usually send in my order via the app and pick it up when I'm finally available for lunch from work. Two or three times now I've had blue cheese crumbles forgotten or the dressing that I selected is not used. This wouldn't be that big of a deal if it weren't for the fact that extras like blue cheese crumbles cost a dollar. I don't necessarily blame the workers because they get a large volume of orders at that time; it would just be nice to get everything I paid for.
Also be forewarned they don't have a designated pickup area. It is very possible you will be stuck waiting for them to acknowledge your presence while they're working with other orders before you can get your meal that's already prepared.
Edit: A couple more weeks have passed and I've had another messed up order this time and item was left out of my box meal. Due to the understaffed nature of this location I would advise people to stay away during lunch time. They do not have enough support to get through the lunch rush with pick up and dine-in customers.

We walked in maybe around 8p. We heard people in the back talking. After waiting maybe 5 minutes, we left. As we were walking out, someone finally popped out and ask if we needed help. We politely declined and ateelsewhere.
