Bruncheon Las Colinas

This place is everything. I saw it on TikTok and had to try it. The customer service was top tier and the food followed along as well.

Had planned on eating there this morning at 7am, but the place was dark and no one around. Sign on the door says 7 and the website says 7? I do like the area though.

My first time coming to this establishment. I waited 19 mins without being acknowledged before having to ask for service. When another waiter came over to assist after seeing my disappointment, I declined the service and let them know that I decided to just leave .

Literally got scared because I was enjoying my coffee and working on the computer. All of a sudden all the lights went out! I saw someone come out of the kitchen and I asked them are you closing and I said “yes” at 3:30, it was 3:25. Before that my chai tea latte came out cold so I re-ordered a Matcha latte and that one came out luke warm. I really want to like this place because I live down the street but today’s customer service was terrible.

I recently had an absolutely terrible experience at Bruncheon. I went there for what I thought would be a nice brunch, but halfway through my meal, I realized there was glass in my food. I was horrified and upset, as this is not only unacceptable but a serious health hazard! I immediately informed my server, who told me there were no managers available to address this and promised that someone would contact me soon. They took my number, but it’s now been almost a month, and no one has bothered to reach out.

The lack of follow-up is shocking and unprofessional. Eating glass is not a trivial matter; it’s dangerous and could have caused serious harm. For a restaurant to respond this way—both in the moment and afterward—shows a complete disregard for customer safety and satisfaction. I would never recommend Bruncheon to anyone after this experience. If you care about your health and want a place that actually values its customers, find somewhere else to eat. This was not only a disappointing meal but a potentially dangerous one, and the lack of accountability from management is simply inexcusable.”

Staff was great! Food was delicious. More than I expected. Will go back. Whish we could gotten there a little bit earlier. Place closes at 3:30pm we felt in a rush. But staff was great in making us feel welcomed. Great view, great food and great staff.

Beautiful place to visit and have brunch. Went during the week so it was perfect! Not too busy, just relaxing. Great food cooked fresh, delicious and more than i expected. The waiter was very polite and pleasant. Clean restaurant and nice.

The Texas chicken and waffles with bacon were delicious. Definitely recommend.

Great Customer Service, good location and the Vanilla Latte is the best I have had so far, sorry not sorry Starbucks,
I also had TexMex chilaquiles, I admit I did not read that they were crispy, I just saw chilaquiles on the menu and went all for it, but they were good, the presentation was perfect just not what I expected due to not reading the food description before ordering, thought they were original chilaquiles. I will definitely go back to this place.

Food presentation and taste were 5 stars, but the service was 5+! Manager Kristin and our server Cole were so kind and generous to our large party when we hosted our mother's birthday brunch. The owner even came out to say hello and welcome us. The entire day was great. Thank you Bruncheon for a memorable Brunch and event. You've gained repeat customers!

So glad to finally have a great breakfast place close to home in Las Colinas!!! I had the Veggie skillet add ham and it was spectacular. I’ve had a lot of breakfast skillets and the depth of flavor in this dish was incredible. Crispy breakfast potatoes still soft on inside a little. The veggies in the skillet were fresh and delicious. We did a quick Togo order, nice and easy and inside was so beautiful I’m planning on going back next weekend to sit inside. Staff handling my Togo today was welcoming and kind.

Was excited when a brunch place was opening up in the neighborhood. Have been here 5 times and will be here for countless more. The omelettes are delicious, the skillets are tasty, and the food tastes fresh and clean. They’re getting better with service and will get there as they become more established.
