We waited 25 min and no one came to the table, approached the hostess stand to ask for assistance and she said they’d be right with us—15 min later, still no one.

If I could give negative stars I would. We arrived at 5:30 for dinner. We are now leaving at 7:00 after only having an appetizer and 1 set of drinks. Our server got our drink and appetizer order then NEVER showed back up to take our order meanwhile she goes to EVERY other table to serve and get orders. After a long wait to JUST ORDER, we finally decided to ahh the bill and leave. Yet where do our waiter to ask for the check? No clue. Had to ask a different serve for the check. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This place would be better off closing its doors only they can’t because there is also a line of 50 people crowding the doors waiting for ToGo orders but don’t worry “it’ll be out soon.”

Wrost place ever. Went in and sat down and no one acknowledged us about 10 minutes later no sever yet, so we just left and didn't get anything. This location need new employees!!!

Called in to place a pickup order and spoke to a marquita or a quita she kept placing me on hold, I had to call back 2-3x and kept being placed on hold. Customer service was definitely poor and being placed on hold for more than 10
Minutes each time without anyone coming back on the phone is ridiculous.

Everyone it’s seems very busy on just 4 table were active. I arrived at 11 :00pm but there’s all the dirty table, there is no place to seat. I sat on the table which was still unclean. I asked one server she said yes coming , I am just surprised they were just looking on table but no one is coming to clean that. Finally one lady from bar and remove all the dirty trays after 10 min but didn’t clean the table I said thank you so much but she was angry and behavior was so rude. I can mention the name but she did not even put her name tag any way it’s all most 11:23 still no one came to take order. Finally one lady came and surprised that oh no one came to help you out . Instead of saying apologize as she notice 4 time. Any way I got the order at 11:44Spent almost an hour Morgan was good and very attentive. I want to see her when ever I’ll be back to Irving . She remind me when I was start my carrier in restaurant with full of energy

poor service their was almost no people in their, and they were in a corner laughing while we were waiting to get attended for an hour while we had asked them if they could take our order but they still ignored us

I visited this restaurant no of times, but the recent experience was horrible. Recently They stop taking orders before 1 hour of closing. Employees are new I think, they don’t have any idea about taking orders. But they way better than manager. He is very very senseless guy, I ever seen a worst guy like him. I ordered online and went to take the order before 20 minutes to closing restaurant , he said take the order tomorrow. I said I need food now or else you can refund. He is not okay with that too. After some arguments, he is okay to give refund but he took 7 to 10 business days to refund. So I thought it’s my bad day.

After that I visited again in noon time. But the food was worst. I can’t explain how worst it is. Previously I ate there so many times. May be the management changed. Now its became like disgusting restaurant . I highly recommend don’t go this place. “If you Enter its your own risk” I don’t have option 0 star to give. 👎.

I can recommend buffalo wild wings in grapevine. The food is great in taste and service is awesome. It’s 15 min from Irving, but it’s worth to eat in that restaurant.

I had a bad experience. I had been waiting at the counter for a few minutes to take my order, and no one showed up. I decided to talk to some waiters who were chatting at the back of the restaurant. A woman (I think she was a waitress) came up to me with a very bad attitude, telling me that she wasn't in charge of that area and that I didn't have to talk to her, and that I should be patient while waiting for someone to come. She didn't even give me a chance to say anything and left. She didn't have to be rude to me since I hadn't said anything to her; I just wanted to be served. This happened at 8:20pm

I came here with my wife and my son on Friday 7/18/2025. Employee up front told us to sit anywhere ( place was not very busy with customers) We sat down at a table and left after ten minutes when we were never acknowledged. Oh well, guess not all buffalo wings are the same.

Must have changed management? Eaten here before and delicious. Food delivered 2 mins after ordered. Cold and completely soaking in wing sauce. Service was slow. Not going back.

There was a waiter named Mia her service was not good and she kept us waited for almost 30 minutes then she took our order and after a long wait for almost 90minutes we got our drinks we had asked her about our food she replied that to order our food again and it was not the first time we faced this. If i had an option to give 0star i would give that i had no such option so i am giving single star
