Went in about 2 hours before closing for some food and drinks was told they couldn't make me any drinks because they had put away all the stuff away (poor excuse) didn't mind order the sampler & a burger it was really good !

The problem of this location are many. First of all they are RACIST. Secondly rude staff. Slow service For the free wings be it on birthday or BOGO offer, they give very bad wings which are old and not eatable. They make yoh wait a lot be it counter, waiter service, on call or bringing food. They made me go away and asked to leave as I ordered in the counter and didn’t let me in the location and when I came hime and opened the box I realized why they wanted me to go away. I ordered Spicy Garlic wings and they gave me Classic wings which were not hot and looked like they were made long back and classic buffalo sauce which was not ready to stick to wings. I have been 2-3 times here and it was very bad experience each time. Had to throw the wings. So I have decided not to go to this location.

I did the buy one. Get one on the boneless wings as one does on Thursdays. And a couple of them were extra small. I looked at them and was super disappointed. When asked how my food was I let her know that it was amazing. But I feel like inflation or shrinkflation may have gotten me. She looked at the tiny wings and without hesitation went and grabbed some good ones. The customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely be back Monday or Wednesday for BOGO on burgers. Thank you Alexys! I almost forgot my ranch on my way out. She even caught me before I made it out without it!

The mushroom double patty burger is to die for. The fries was crispy and delicious. I loved everything about my meal. Waitress was nice and attentive. It was a bit cold in there but overall a good experience.

Upon arriving, we waiting at the host stand to be seated. Someone walked up and told us we could seat ourselves. Then once we sat down, we check the menu and saw they had some specials that are from January 9 to February 9. Today is February 2 for the happy hour items….Could not use them because a certain game was on. They brought the water out the cups had dirty black stuff on the cups had to get two additional waters out To fix that problem. I ordered food then found out after ordering food that I couldn’t order a kids meal because I wasn't under the age 12. The kids meal I asked for it to be two wings and two drumsticks, it comes with 4 wings. when I got the kids meal it was all 4 drumstick wings. The fried pretzel bites were so heavily breaded. You could not taste nothing but bread and flour couldn’t even taste the pickle … The manager came to the table. He said he would take the appetizer off the bill which he did. He then asked me if he wanted something else. I said sure he charged for that item and left it on the invoice… Did not remove the appetizer as a courtesy. Overall, we don’t have to come back here to this restaurant. The food was meeehhhhh, alright but nothing to brag home about… Definitely should focus on customer service and cleaning items around the restaurant

I ordered Spicy Garlic wings and they gave me Classic wings which were not hot and looked like they were made long back and classic buffalo sauce which was not ready to stick to wings. They didn’t let me sit and eat there as they made the order to go as I ordered on the desk. And when I came home I understood why they disn’t want me to sit. The take away items are always bad and they don’t let you sit and eat if they are delivery items as they put old or stale or bad items in deliveries. They are consistent in giving poor service. Rude and racist staff.
For the manager that just hung up in my face at 1:19 Pm Today. You are very rude and for you to be picking at your nose and handling cash while your cooking your customers food is violations on many levels. Also the people you had at the front yesterday couldn’t get the orders right waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a to go order. Just for stuff to still be missing when I got home. This lady had an attitude last night and today!!

Today was the first and absolute last time I will ever order from here. First off I placed an online order and placed the order under my boyfriend’s name since he was going to be picking up the order. When he got there they asked him for his I.D. to pick up the order which is confusing because do y’all regularly have random people coming in asking for specific orders with names that they just guess and hope it’s correct so they can get free food? Then he brought the food home and the wings are overcooked with barely any lemon pepper seasoning on the wings. The little seasoning that they did try to put on there was mostly in the bottom of the container. If I could I would give this BWW 0 stars.
