We ordered two whoppers, one as a meal, one by its self as well as cinnamon rolls, jalapeno cheddar bites and 2 cookies, everything was exceptional and very well crafted, and the nice lady taking our order was very kind and complimented my mother's skirt overall we were very satisfied with our meals.

The woman they have in the early afternoon as a cashier, her name is Brenda I believe if I saw her name tag correctly, She lied to my sister about not having a value cheeseburger on the menu when me and her where looking straight at it and she told me to tell her what I wanted on the burger as she is inputting it into the system.
not to be rude myself but I was not going to butt in when she looked like she was struggling to input the order on the screen herself.
I used to work at this location and I get how fast food sucks. But management needs to train this poor woman correctly. I just told her never mind and left. There's no point in arguing when she's not properly trained

The level of incompetence that is allowed at this establishment is bewildering. No one in the staff speaks English, including the manager and they consistently make mistakes and feel like it's okay. These people have the easiest job on the planet working fast food and they can't seem to get that right

I had a hot & fresh Whopper meal. Most BKs are terrible nowadays serving old food. THIS BURGER KING ROCKED. HOT BURGER 🍔 & FRIES 🍟

Horrible customer service with the Mexican lady at the front counter. Wasn't doing any work, but would not take the order at the counter. Was extremely rude to my friend and took 10 mins to get creamer for coffee all the whole doing nothing. AVOID.

Cheap & Rude! I just got 3 orders of fries and two orders of mozzarella fries and they only gave me one bbq sauce. I asked for the 2 marinara that corn with the moz. Fries and they told me to ey can only give me one. Fries apparently only come with ketchup. I understand if it’s small fries and so much sauce but when you buy multiple and they can even give you one sauce pack for each item, that’s very cheap! She wasn’t even nice about it. Atleast you can inform the customer explaining that it’s store policy. When all you keep saying is, I am going to charge you for it. I’m going to charge you for it… I find it very rude. At least say it nicely I completely understand policy and that sometimes it’s not in their hands, but I know it’s not Burger King policy because the one by our house has no issues giving one sauce with each item you buy. Would not come to this location again.
