I don’t understand the concept of taking forever to make food and still have everything be cold. I had missing items, my drink wasn’t even filled all the way, my jalapeño poppers were cold and stale and so were the fries, and they forgot my chicken nuggets for the kids meal.

Ordered for 12 pc chicken fries, 8 pc chicken nuggets and soft serve... nuggets and softserve were okay but they gave only 9 pc chicken fries instead of 12... posting the picture as well....

Manager made me come in for a mobile order stating she was alone and could not pass my food through drive through
I have limited mobility issues and she was not alone and no one was inside. Food not fresh. i will never visit this location again

Whopper was disgusting cold and burnt.. and fries were cold… when I asked for fresh fries guy said he just pulled them 3 mins ago. I have never been given an excuse when I’ve asked for fresh fries. Won’t be back ever!!

Burger King, I get so sick of trying to support your business and always get let down at this location. For ONCE, I would like to AT LEAST enjoy my drink! No matter what drink I get the few times I do come to your business, it’s ALWAYS nasty and flat! The juice flavored items taste like water with just dye! I’m not going to even get started on the burger. At least the fries were good though, and the drive thru employee had a good attitude. I guess that will make up for the $10 I just threw in the trash and poured down the drain.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! The food isn’t great by BK standards and the SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE! IT’S AWFUL!!! Placed an order at lunchtime on a Wednesday, went to pick it up and the store was closed. Drove to the window, saw people inside, so I waited. They never acknowledged me. Tapped on the glass after about 5 minutes, no one would come to the window and I KNOW THEY HEARD AND SAW ME! 😡 I called inside, they wouldn’t answer the phone. I parked and knocked on the door, no one would answer. At the very least, I was owed an explanation! I WILL NEVER, EVER BE BACK!!! 🚫 If I could give them fewer stars, I would. Had to call my credit card company to get my money back! I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER HERE!
