Used to go every month for years, but no longer. A few months back they completely screwed up (5 meals) an $80+ order; I think it was someone else's order it was so messed up. Went back and they took forever to remake it. Spent over an hour from the first order we placed until we got the right food. Offered us 2 free meals next time. Tried to reach the owner, he never called back. Called corporate and they didn't even care. 2 people promised to call back and never did. Se la vi.

I’ve decided that I won’t return. I had been coming a couple times a week. Everytime I come and Yonathan world, i feel like i’m begging for service i’m paying for. He gets annoyed by me asking for more ice and less sweet tea. I will never understand why people get jobs in service when it’s clear they don’t want to be there. He asked me if there was anything else that I wanted and cut me off before I could even finish what I was saying. I get to the window, he gives me my tea and walks off. I waited a couple minutes only to realize he never put the order and the rest of my order wasn’t on the ticket. If you see Yonathan at the window, Drive off! Because he doesn’t want to be there and will treat you as so.
I wasn't even sure if it was open. It looked like either side was a drive thru but I wasn't sure so I just went in. Food was exactly what I wanted. Service was fast and courteous.

The toilet is outside, and there's no toilet paper, paper towels or soap, and dead roaches everywhere. Idk if this is the toilet the workers use, but I will not be eating here.
