I really wanted to like this restaurant, but the way one of the staff members treated me left me feeling hurt and unwelcome. It was especially painful because the attitude he showed toward dark‑skinned customers felt dismissive and rude.
I walked in around 8:30pm for a takeout order, since the restaurant lists their closing time as 9pm on Google. The same staff member who had been short with me the day before when I simply asked for ginger with my sushi order was once again abrupt and snapping at me, saying they actually close at 8:40pm.
After two experiences like this, I just don’t have it in me to come back. It’s sad, because I really hoped this place would become a spot I could enjoy, but being treated that way twice makes it clear that it’s not somewhere I feel respected or comfortable.

I placed a to go order and they did NOT forget a single extra sauce or utensil that I asked for. The sushi and ramen were both great and nice size portions. The employees were very nice and the service was fast. I will definitely be back

I came in around 4. First red flag, the male cashier acted like he hated being there. Had an attitude because I asked for my sushi to be boxed separately as it gets soggy being in the same compartment as the bulgogi. Anyways, I noticed hair in my ginger. Ignored it until I ate my salad and saw the dead fly. Returned back for my refund, cashier said well you ate most of it, no refund. Excuse me? God forbid I expect no extra protein 🦟 and I trust the business to give me edible food. Will NEVER be back here which sucks because the food is great.

Can’t go wrong with sushi here and the customer service is great even when they’re busy. I love the option of having soup on the side when dining in. Will be back!
Felt very stale and you can hear the lights, a little music goes a long way. Lots of rice and lettuce, very little variety or amount of any other ingredients. Not close to the pics. Won’t come back.

I tried this place out last month and everything was great, even the guy which I felt was the manager maybe gave excellent service. I decided to go here yesterday Saturday June 14th and the treatment was so bad. I walked in and no one greeted me. Like maybe 5 mins later, an Hispanic guy in a cap walked out from back with bad energy and some what had an attitude. I said hello as I normally would do, and no response. He just came out and said “What you want.” I didn’t take it personally but with this type of energy, I will never go here again. My order was messed up and that was the icing on the cake for me.
