It has been been 1 hour since I ordered the food and nothing has arrived yet. When asked how long it will take, they have no response. This is when there are 4 tables that have customers right now. I'd love to comment on how good the food if I get to eat it someday.

Worst chole and one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We used to visit this place every week mainly for the chole, but this time it was extremely disappointing. The chole was hard, bland, and completely lacking flavor nothing close to authentic Chandigarh or Punjabi chole. The red balti paneer was equally disappointing, with overcooked vegetables and poor taste. Overall, the food quality has gone down drastically. If you’re unable to maintain the original taste and quality, it would be better to revise or change the menu. Sadly, this visit has completely changed our opinion of this place.

We were there today (02/28/2026) at the restaurant, during lunch. We got the paneer tikka, chole bhature, non-veg family platter, rooh afza, and aloo Tikki chaat. I want to say that the food was so good that we were unable to eat it. And that's right. The paneer tikka was flavour less, and the chutney that came along with it was the worst thing that I have ever tasted at any Indian restaurant, it was extreme watery and tasted like raw garlic. Chole bhature was extremely oily, and no, not in the good way, the achaar was the best thing that came with the chole bhature. The non-veg family platter was supposed to come with different types of food, hence the name platter, however we got the exact same thing on the platter in two forms- lightly burnt and mostly burnt. The aloo tikki chaat was okay in taste, but for the price tag that comes along with it one would expect way better than what was received, it was the horrible chutneys with 2 extremely small tikkies. Further more, to frost the cake, their pricing on the menu differs from the actual price that you pay, it's absolutely unethical and needless to say they need to work on that asap. The area outside the restroom was unhygienic and there was no water in the flush tank of their toilets. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone other than someone who has a lot of money to waste(again, you have better places to waste your money).

There’s nothing “Chandigarh” about the food here. Honestly, it’s below average by any standard. We ordered chole bhature, and the chole were so hard they were difficult to eat. The dahi bhalla was just as disappointing, the bhalla was dry and hard.

I visited this restaurant after seeing so many positive Google reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. It honestly felt like the reviews were misleading. It is already very hard to find authentic North Indian restaurants in Dallas, and I really thought this would be one of the best, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences.
The food lacked flavor completely. The dal makhani had no richness or taste, the kulcha felt more like a plain aloo paratha, and the chole was extremely starchy and bland with no proper seasoning. Nothing tasted fresh or authentic.
On top of the poor food quality, the service was also bad. The girl at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this place did not meet expectations at all. I will definitely not be coming back and would not recommend it to anyone looking for genuine North Indian food.
