This lady was soooo helpful I am new here at Charley’s and she recommended the old school which is very delicious her name was Diamond and she deserves the best give her a raise!!??

The one thing I truly hate is getting home and realizing my order is not correct. Was given boneless wings (which I despise and never order) instead of bone in wings.

I place an order for regular philly chicken. I paid $13.27 combo. But the issues was a lady name Angelique
1. My order was chicken she made steak.
2. She gave my order to another person.
3. I paid for regular she made half.
By the way i was dine inn costumer.
She need to get train or focus on customer. I place an order around 12:50 pm and i left it took almost an hour. Mistake after mistake.

You can stand at the register for 5 minutes and they won't address you and will act as if they don't see you. It was only a matter of time before this location became trash given its location.
