Curbside takes forever they don’t start the order till you get there. Also they always leave something out… sauces or straws or granola for your yogurt. Consistency at this location is below par to their national average, from my experience. I had an iced coffee from this location once that was so bad and definitely not coffee after 2 sips had to throw it out.

Had a bad experiance when a placing a drive thru order on November 11, 2025 at 9:54 pm. The young latina woman working drive thru with a neon vest, grey shirt, and dirty blonde hair was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She pretended not to hear me in the drive thru when placing an order laughing and playing games with me by asking me if I'm placing an online order through the drive through. I don't know why she was giggling while asking me about details for my order. I did not think it was funny, I just wanted to take care of my sick wife with chicken noodle soup. She gave me and my wife forks for the chicken noodle soup we both ordered. She also put ice in our drinks even though we asked multiple times to have lemonade without ice. She refused to fix the order. I do not recommend spending your money at this company.

Always spotless. I take the kids inside and I'm always told to leave the trash and just leave with my kids. They can always have my business.
This chick fil a location is okay. Agreed with other posters that the drive through situation is not great, and the parking lot is chaos, but I do think they are doing what they can to manage it.
My issues with this location are that the operator has chosen not to put out any condiments, napkins, anything for dine in service. This would be okay if trays were consistently delivered with what you need, but I often find myself without napkins, without a straw, or something else. Again, this wouldn’t be a big deal if employees were attentive to these issues, knowing that they took the ability for the customer to solve it themselves away. However, I find it an unreasonably long wait to finally get a worker to notice me standing at the counter for service to get items I should be able to get myself. I have started standing in the ordering line just to guarantee their attention.
Additionally, the operator has chosen to disable the option to order ice water on the app. I can’t think of any reason for this except to make people feel like free water is not an option, increasing what they spend.
These two issues together give me the feeling that the operator of this chick fil a is cheap, and it is hurting the experience. I will choose a different location for my work lunches.
