Get people that talk English to talk to the drive-through people like we had to tell the woman are name 10 times then she did the order wrong didn't give me a diet coke and no gf bun even tho they charged me for it i have celiac i can't eat this absolutely terrible do not recommend going here

I ordered food from this chick fil A for Delivery and the driver never came and indicated the order as delivered although I never received my food. I called the restaurant to get a refund or my order replaced and they said they would “take care” of me and send my order again…it never made it to me.

I went to chickfila on new years eve at 6:40 pm. I ordered a chicken tortilla soup with 3 tortilla strips, a lemonade no ice, one chicken sandwich. I received a chicken noodle soup, 3 tortilla strips, no spoon, a lemonade with no ice but WARM (i don't know where that lemonade was it when the machine already keep it cold so that is why I ask for no ice), a chicken sandwich with no pickles. There was an accident outside the chcikfila when I was living so that is why I'd didn't come back because people was already drunk by 6pm on new years

Wait time in drive thru IS WAY TOO LONG! Not the normal chick fila standard. Placed a mobile order which is supposed to be quicker! It IS NOT at this location which defeats the purpose of mobile ordering😂😵💫Process needs to be streamlined.
It was definitely not my pleasure at this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a mac n cheese instead of the fries. But The lady in the drive thru didnt replace my fries for a mac n cheese. We tried to explain this to the lady at the window when we realized we did not have the right order. She kept trying to over talk us and tell us it was right and show us the receipt (which obviously wouldnt show a mac n cheese seeing as the lady that took the order rung it in wrong) after explaining this 4 or 5 times. She finally says “sorry. She shouldve read it back to you” (….ok but she didnt) then said “we are really busy so do you want the mac n cheese?” (…uh duh, seeing as thats what i ordered) then she charged us for it (even though this was THEIR mistake, not OURS) we paid for it (because i wanted what i ordered!!!) but the whole thing was ridiculously mishandled. These were most definitely the most unprofessional chick fil a workers Ive ever encountered.

I often place large orders anywhere from 5-10 meals. But there’s usually stuff missing so I have to sit and make sure everything is in there before I leave the store, and i usually do find things missing. It doesn’t seem right to have customers spend 10-15min taking everything out of the bag to make sure their order is correct.

I love chick fil an and everyone has nice great staff but there is a Hispanic lady manager i believe her name is Nayeli ? at this location that treats her employees rude infront of customers, a sweet young boy saw me waiting and he decided to help me out and when i payed he needed help with the register and the manager just started getting on to him infront of me it honestly made me mad how rude she was to him specially in public that to me is humiliation and that is not right ! He was only trying to help me and got in trouble for it. 5 stars for the employees 0 for the management.
