This place has been the outmost loving place to come since my kids were in pampers and it has been over 15 yrs. I love that they cater to everyone who walks in the doors. Do not go to this chicken n rice, the Asian women is very rude with customers & the employees. I paid for 8 pieces of chicken and the only gave me 5. When I called over the phone that Asian lady told me not we gave you the 8 pieces she so I took the order back to them and I asked for refund and she didn’t gave me a refund. I don’t recommend any body to this restaurant

So I went to this place today because I usually love the food there. But today will be the last day I will ever go again. I walk in order my food and I see 2 lady’s talking while working. The owner/boss looks at them and says don’t stop, keep working, and don’t talk. These lady’s were actually doing there job while talking. I find it very rude for a person being like that. Mind you I also had a friend that worked there before and would tell me how she would treat them horrible.

Oh my gosh you guys, this place to me is the original chicken, and rice I’ve been coming to for over 22 years. The best, I recommend it. Crispy chicken strips, the rice, the service, the same owners, the same recipe!!Don’t believe those negative humans. This place has it’s flaws, this days all that humans to is complain!! It’s a great place to stop, and eat good oh fried chicken strips!

I'm so done with this place, there is something going on with this lady, yes the fingers are half not what they used to be I'm a long time ride or die customer, raised three kids 5 grandchildren on this wonderful affordable place to eat. I visited there today, tired and grieving over my sister's passing needed some good old comfort food and she was on one.tripping over the 25 cent sauce I was in shock I paid for 4 and one came with my order when I noticed the error she became combative and went to charge me for the one she owed me just crazy! I'll never go back there! She screamed and yelled at me she's going through something.

A couple of months ago: An older lady took my order, I got the special extra sauce and two fortune cookies. It normally takes about 20 mins but this day it was longer, I came back a second time to ask when it would be finished but she didn’t give me a timeframe instead she said I came when they were closing which is not true ? so I basically have to wait. I stated if it was a hassle I could have just got pizza from next door and went on about my day and she responds by asking did I place an order at the pizza place lol at that point I was over it and told her you have my money and I want my food. Then I changed my mind and asked for a refund. She began to grab her glasses and fiddle with paperwork and at that time I saw no food cooking or warming but instead a woman cleaning the oven. I went with my instinct and left and since my day was going sooo good!…..I just told her to keep the money.Before I approached her, she was speaking to a man that order after I did but her tone was completely different when speaking to me. I come visit this location often when visiting my family in Irving but I don’t recommend this place to anyone! The food is okkkaaayyy, I’ll give that but the experience I had was not okay and hope you guys have a declining in sales! Watch how you speak and treat people!I wrote a shorter review the same day but came back to see it was deleted. If it deletes again I will continue to post on each and every review site each month! You played with my food, money and time and that’s not okay!
