It was my first time at this location didn't have to wait long for my food I was very shocked because you guys go to a different one all the time I attend this new location and it didn't take no time and the food was excellent

15 minutes t I get a good plate 8s a bit too long when your racing the clock back to work. But the food was good
This place has serious customer service issues. Asked for the ice in the lobby to be refilled, got looked at like something weird was growing out of my forehead. 10 minutes later went by and I finished my food and left not having had any ice with my drink. No drive through line and no one ordering inside.

In the drive through between 4:30-4:45 and I’m watching the staff take chicken that is under the heating lamp, put it back in the fryer basket and back into the oil. I watched this happen multiple times and they had the audacity to try to give that old refried chicken to me! This is absolutely ridiculous when a 7 piece tender is damn near $20. Nobody wants reheated food from a fast food restaurant. Then the staff try and say that is not what’s going on when I watched it happen twice!
The owner/general manager or whatever needs to get this place together!!!

Went by the drive thru and lady taking the order was patient with my way of ordering and order was placed perfect. When in the window I added something at the window and was given to attitude. Great customer service and good food quality. My order was done right and everything I asked for was there, now a days is hard to get that accuracy in fast food. Big recognition to the team on today's visit.

I love Chicken Express. Anytime I am in Dallas area, I stop and get an 8 piece chicken dinner and a couple of pieces of fish. However, this time, they were running short of chicken. So I bought what they had. They brought the order out to my car.
