I discovered Chicken Express about two months ago, I go there twice a week. The manager, Salinas is very welcoming, very professional, funny, and has the best customer care. Chicken-E is a classic for a reason. They have the best chicken strips and gizzards around. Their iced tea is also Excellent!
The only thing they truly need to do is bring back real wings instead of the boneless chicken nuggets they are calling wings.
Another suggestion would be to offer the gizzards in spicy the same way they do the strips.
