GINA IS THE WORST WAITRESS EVER HERE SHE SHOULD BE FIRED AND THIS IS THE WORST CHILLI’S EVER !!! I ordered my food first and she claimed she wrote my order down into the system, I waited and waited about 40 minutes for my food and it never came out ….. everyone else’s food came out cold at my table , I asked her where my food was and she claimed that she never put it in the system , after I waited 40 minutes and read her off my order 3 times. She lied saying she had everything down in the system and she never did ……. I had to wait another 40 minutes for food that she should have ordered the first time around in the system ! She has the worst customer service , very rude , disorganized and had an attitude!!! She screws customers over and should be fired ! When my order finally came out it was wrong!!!

Chili's is a fun and upbeat restaurant, and this location really holds up to its standards. I was in a group of fifteen, it was about a little after noon and the restaurant wasn't too busy as the lunch hour was just beginning. Our waiter was a great guy who got all our orders attentively accurate, and he brought our orders in an impressive fifteen minutes! And our meals were excellent! Not a single complaint, we all enjoyed our lunch meals.

Highly disappointed, on the to go service. This is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong. Numerous times I’ve ordered the same thing and used the phase “large” and continued to get the small size. I would have done a survey instead of a google review but had no receipt for a survey. When I noticed the mistake, no one took the effort to fix it. And the phone call was not friendly, no “thank you”, just hung up on us. Please do better

Walked in the door and was greeted and seated immediately. The server was there within a minute, and from start to finish, he was a great attentive server ( Julio). He refilled drinks, checked on us frequently, got our order correct, and was professional and efficient and polite. It was a very enjoyable dinner at 7 pm on a Saturday. On the way out the door the hostess thanked us again.
