Ordered a lunch pick up order. It was more than 10 minutes after email saying food was ready that it was in fact ready. Steaks were ordered medium well, they were well done. Mashed potatoes tasted like dirt, not sure how they messed those up but I couldn't eat them. Lunch ruined. The highlight was the woman working take out, she tried to keep everyone informed and seemed to be working her butt off.

Came to lunch with my daughters and Eddie was on top of it. He had several tables to attend to but didn't miss a beat. He's a rockstar and should be retained.
Food served in a decent time but we ask for the plate for the he never appeared almost 10 minutes we ask someone else to get some plates by the time our food get cold bad service and then softdrink refill same experience when we walk out they ask me " want take the soft drink with you " 😡🤬

Best experience I’ve ever had at any Chili’s I’ve been to. From the host opening the door and greeting us so friendly to our amazing server Ricky who was just so pleasant and helpful. The experience was amazing. Food was also 10/10. Thank you!

This was the best chilis I’ve visited in years. The host was very friendly and greeted my me and my guest promptly. Ricky was our server and he was amazing! Very friendly & knowledge. I will literally drive from downtown Dallas to visit this location again. Thanks for such a great experience Ricky!

Seem to have a hit and miss problem with the quesadilla explosion salad not having the correct ingredients- have had this problem at other Chili’s locations so it really puzzles me why it seems to be a problem. Other dishes have been correct and as expected. Service is OK, and atmosphere is like any other Chili’s.
If you enjoy medium rare steaks well done and potatoes with no salt or pepper, this is the place for you
