Please do not let the high reviews fool you. Good food but horrible service you can’t even enjoy yourself. First time my friends & I went the girl was not paying attention but too busy talking to her friends behind us and we had to ask multiple other servers for help. The second time the guy he had an attitude with our table as soon as we sat down. My friend who is older than 21 asked for a drink and he acted like it was his first time looking at an ID or assumed that we were up to something bad. I get he may have just been trying to do his job but he legit had an attitude with us and not the other tables next to us. We got our food to go and left. This chilis has a server problem especially night shifts. There is a 50/50 chance that your service will not be good.

Saturday night and was seated right away. I don't remember my waitresses name, but she was the best waitress I have had in a long time. Very attentive and had good recommendations.
The music was annoyingly loud, I'm not sure why it was like a concert in there, I never been to a chili's that was like that before, but other than that it was a very good experience, better than my hometown Chili's.

Why would you take away the skillet queso and replace it with this ‘cheese sauce’ with no flavor. Gross!!! Thankfully the triple dipper saved us and great service
Ok not my first time here,been multiple times,but most definitely the worst ever...im so disappointed my food was under cooked like raw middle burger, fried mozzarella wasn't fresh and hot like before.... and to top it off ...while eating we had an employee come to our table and just start touching out plates as if we were done like sooooo rude..its table thats been in here before us and no one have went to their ta les and removed anything nor touch ...at least ask or communicate what your doing soooooo rude amd unacceptable

I am and have been a regular at this Chili’s for a while… usually coming at least once or twice a week; and when I went tonight, after waiting for a prolonged period of time…. the manager came up and accused me of walking my last check.
I was mortified and asked him to provide any sort of evidence of such or even the date because I would provide him with a correlating credit card charge - because it’s not only something that I don’t do… It’s not at all who I am I’ve ever been
He ultimately came back out with nothing and said they’d be happy to serve me as long as I was willing to put my card up ahead of my order… which I did
And when my server brought my food in my drink along with my credit card receipt, I also gave her a zero dollar tip. I was beyond insulted that the manager would even insinuate that I would do such, especially Without even being able to provide a date of when it allegedly happened.
I’m not exactly inconspicuous, so I thought it completely outrageous that this even happened… Particularly after I’ve been so generous with my tipping and patronage

They accuse you of walking your check, even if you’re a regular and they cannot provide any proof of such. Beware, avoid it all costs!!!
