The manager Oscar was extremely rude when trying to explain our concerns about our waiter not checking up on our table for more than 20 mins, when we were clearly trying to order more drinks before happy hour ended. Not a great experience as we feel we were being ignore on purpose. Sorry chilis you really let us down.

I am very unhappy with this restaurant. I was expecting my soup to be the bowl it was a small cup . Not good because the trio we pay is $16.99 and then tax than tip. If two people eating lunch not dinner. Spent $37.00 plus tip is ridiculous. So I will never go again. I do not recommend this place at all.

So disappointed in the decline of food portion to price. Since Chilis doesn’t offer a veggie plate, we order all sides. Nearly $45 for 2 side salads, 2 broccoli, 2 mashed pots, a corn and a mac&cheese. Side salads were miniscule- maybe 5-6 bites. Mac & cheese was smaller than small potatoes and was more expensive- and although tasty, mostly sauce. Disappointing. (Food packaging was ok, order was correct, just so little food.).

Horrible. We had this girl named Melanie as our server and she seems like a super nice girl but she was the worst server ever. For starters, she lacked all of the usual qualities you would expect your server to have. Not at all attentive, very dry, not welcoming at all, and just overall extremely disappointing. She would check up on us every once in 30 minutes and took 20 minutes just to take our order. Also, we had to ask 3 different people for an to go box before we got one 30 minutes later. I also had requested the staff to sing my friend an happy birthday song and after waiting over an hour, just decided to leave. Adding on to that, I’ve been to a countless amount of chilis in other locations but the food here is as so so salty. And as soon as we walked in, there was a mess all over the restaurant too. There was just too many things gone bad and I can never imagine myself dining here ever again.

They gave us the table immediately but waited there for 20 min and I called a waiter before asking if she can take orders she told some one will come to take order, she didn’t event stop walking to pay attention and say that. After that I couldn’t wait more than 10 mins so I walked out. BAD experience for me.

We were a party of 5, we waited 15 mins after we were seated for someone to take an order and no one came. We waved to one of the servers asking for some help and she just rolled her eyes and said "someone will be there" in a mocking and not so pleasing way. We waited for another 5 mins and just left. Extremely disappointed with their service. We tried to talk to someone and share our experience but servers just looked at us and started running inside. Not sure if this is the standard of the restaurant. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place.

They are not customer-centric at all. They forgot completely about our table of 5 an even though we remind them they kept telling someone will come. I can't imagine how a big brand like Chilli's can let one of their restaurant service be so bad.
Food and service was excellent. Our server was very nice and ontop of things. The primary issue is the music that is played; we ate during a slow period so less chatter around which really focused our attention to the awful music playing. Our meal was so distrupted by the music playing- they only seemed to play music with no substance and only with terrible repeated choruses. Back in my days of working retail I would honestly use this tatic to get people out of the store during close. I did not feel great listening to the drabel during my meal.

We enjoyed our meal. We were given a booth in the bar which is loud with lots of screens. Not our scene. Our server was the bartender and did a great job keeping things moving, she was well trained, kind and friendly. We were brought chips and salsa that we didn't order. It was brought out by someone other than our server. I told her we didn't order it and she left it there anyway and mumbled something incoherently as she walked away. Our server told us not to worry about it and it could be part of a combo, which we didn't order either. We weren't sure if there was some advantage to that offer. It was a weird day, just a bit off overall. But sometimes that can happen anywhere you go.

I love Chili's, however, this location is horrendous. The bartender left and didn't tell me or the other guests, and we were left unattended. Someone else had to give me my check. I was there to spend money but quickly left. Very disappointing ?

The 3 for me option is a great value. We had the Oldtimer burger with cheese and the Smashburger, both with fries and chicken enchilada soup. Everything was hot/fresh and tasted wonderful. We've been 3 times in 2 weeks and got the same thing each time. Never a bad meal and the servers are nice/friendly. The watermelon sweet tea is also very good.
