We had the lunch special on a Friday and loved the taste of everything that came in it - from the veg rolls to the soup to the main entrees. We had the Pad Thai and Green Curry and both were tasty and authentic Thai. And Kit who brought us our food was prompt and treated us well.

Just had an amazing meal at Hot Spice Thai Cuisine in Irving – the food is truly awesome!

I ordered the Pad Thai, Yellow Curry (with chicken), and finished with Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. Everything was spot-on authentic and bursting with flavor.

We like this place a lot. Initially we always had take out but last couple of times, we sat here and had dinner. Best thai food in valley ranch. We have tried their red, yellow and green curry. Pad thai, drunken noddle and thin glass noddles. All dishes are cooked fresh and taste authentic, yummy and best of all they do not add fish sauce in their dishes. Cool place for lunch and dinner - friendly staff- explained about a few dishes, prompt service and did not kick us out once we are done and have paid. I also appreciated the fact they let us know before hand that 18% gratuity has already been charged for us when they brought the tab so we don't double pay the gratuity.

I had an amazing experience at this Thai restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, and served fresh. The service was excellent — everyone was so kind and welcoming. The warm hospitality really made us feel at home.

A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly nice and patient with our kids. That kind of kindness means a lot!
