I have always had a positive experience with chipotle except this location. Male worker with the dyed black and blond hair gave me half a scoop of meat and proceeded to say “more is extra”. This location has always gave me problems with servings like no other. Take your business to another chipotle.

On Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 7:28 p.m., the person in cook line, in order not to go get more steak, put the little that was left in my 2 bowls. Since he put very little, we asked him to put more because he had put more in the other bowls, to which he refused and insisted that he was going to charge us extra if he put more steak, the two bowls were only with rice, steak and cheese, the amount of food was very little, we only asked for the corresponding amount, no more, no less, but it was not possible. The steak on our plates was tough and burnt. At no time did we treat the two women badly and the way they looked at us and spoke to us was very disrespectful. The company should hire people who really like working in the position that is being offered to them or more polite people who effectively, efficiently and courteously perform the work for which they are being paid. Customers are the ones who pay their salaries. Without money from customers, companies would not have money to pay their employees. Anyone can put a spoonful of food in a container and anyone can use a computer to charge, but someone who is trained to work should also be able to sell something where the experience and satisfaction make the customer want to buy from them again.

I order a 2 burrito on a bowl and and it ran up almost 35 dollars I didn't get extra meet or guacamole it should of been it taxes 22 plus tax but it wasn't they hardly added any meet and I said u nearly put some meet on there and they got an attitude so I didn't want any problems just payed and now I'm writing this review customer service -100

Placed an online order, asked for extra everything, went to pick it up and the barely placed any food inside the two bowls I ordered. My total was close to 30.00 and when I asked to have it remade Viviana told me she would not. I asked for a manager and she told me all four of us are here.. I said, you’re telling me all four of you are managers… she lied and I did make a complaint with the higher ups.. they are so rude and definitely lost a customer.

I seen roaches skydiving in the fricking chipotle we see multiple roaches we got it just a few minutes ago my dad is freaking traumatized he didn’t want to eat it at all he didn’t even care he wasted money but ROACHES then they tried to give us free drink I think because we see the roaches exploring The first one I seen was the one on the menu sign and everyone at the take tearing up that food and not seen the roaches we seen.
