After working a 13-hour shift, I visited this location. After ordering my food, I went to look for a fork; none were in sight. So I went to the counter and asked for one. A really, really nice young man grabbed one for me. He informed the young lady working the register about no forks in the lobby. She goes over there, finds two nasty-looking forks, and stops me on my way out to show me I overlooked two nasty forks. This is my second time to ever eat Chipotle in my life, and I must tell you, I am not mad about you guys running out of forks; it's was her approach. WITH AN ATTITUDE

Every time I go to chipotle 8200 N Belt line Rd., Irving, TX 75062 The restaurant is always dirty behind the counter where they serve the floor is dirty. The dining area is filthy. The tables are always dirty. I always have to ask if they can clean a table so we could sit down and enjoy our meal. They clean it with an attitude. They really need a better manager The bathroom are filthy and always out of toilet paper. The only reason I go there is because it’s closer to my house. Next time I will take pictures.

The food is delicious. I like their freshly prepared guacamole. The service is very friendly. The dining area is bigger than I expected.

They definitely give less meat, and also wrong meat from time to time. It was not even a busy time or anything. The food is still average Chipotle though hence 2 stars.

Come here often. Service is pretty average for an establishment. Food always comes out perfect with decent portions. And store is always kept pretty clean.

I specifically came for their BOGO event, read all the rules and exclusions, when I arrived I waited 30 minutes just to be told I had to be charged full price because I got double meat when I got double meat on BOTH bowls, the rules confirming as long as their equivalent in price it would be covered. Rude cashier with attitude after my long wait, no room for explanation, no regard for my time or anything. SMH.

4/5 – Consistently Good, but Not Perfect

Chipotle is a solid go-to when you’re craving something quick, fresh, and filling. The build-your-own setup is convenient, and you can customize everything to your taste—from proteins to toppings and sauces. The ingredients usually taste fresh, and the portions are generous, especially if you’re getting a burrito bowl.

Some standouts are the barbacoa, chicken al pastor (when available), and the guacamole—though the extra charge for guac still stings a little. The rice and beans are usually well-cooked, and the salsas add a nice kick of flavor.

That said, quality can vary depending on the location. Sometimes the food can be underseasoned or not as hot as it should be, and the line can get pretty long during peak hours. Online orders are hit or miss—occasionally missing items or having portion sizes that feel smaller than in-person orders.

Overall, Chipotle does a great job delivering relatively healthy fast food with bold flavors and lots of variety. It’s not gourmet, but it’s a step above typical fast food, and when it’s on point, it really hits the spot.

Restroom was nasty, and there no tissue to use or dry hands. Tables were dirty even when the employees were eating there and knew the tables were dirty alone with the floors. They had a few employees enough for cleaning. The next we i came in went somewhere else to eat. Even though I love the burrito and bowels chicken n steak. I tried the honey chicken, and it was okay.

Workers at this location are insufferable. I got free double protein and the cashier (who didn’t look like she even knew how to work the register) said it was taken off of my order. She only removed $4 - and said this is how much double protein costs. I let it go and just paid it as to not embarrass her. Staff need more training as they are completely incompetent to handle basic requests.

I have always had a positive experience with chipotle except this location. Male worker with the dyed black and blond hair gave me half a scoop of meat and proceeded to say “more is extra”. This location has always gave me problems with servings like no other. Take your business to another chipotle.
