Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was my first time at this location and the ladies working in the line act like they dont want to be there.. You asked them for something they pretend like you already asked them and they way they will respond nothing but rudeness.. if you want your lunch moods to be ruined dont go there cause you will get an attitude from one or two ladies...just save your money and but something else...

So I wanted to be absolutely sure so I ordered the chips on a weekend 4 times over the past few months and every time the chips were stale and gross. It’s only occasionally bad on weekdays, when I assume more care is taken towards them but the weekends it’s eerily consistent. My inclination is that they just sit on the counter for days on end until some poor schmuck ends up ordering them. And by then you’re just eating a hardened cesspool of old bacteria laden chips.

Ordered those the app. Was told my order was ready, only to arrive and be told my order hadn’t even been started yet. They said I had to wait 5 minutes for chicken to be cooked, only to get home and not be able to find any chicken. Chips were soggy.

I live Chipotle, and something hit different about this place.
I had brown rice, steak, fajita, sour cream, Pico, green sauce, and half a scoop of red, and cheese. It was fire.

I came to this one two days in a row for lunch I work nights so I went to lunch around 9 PM or 8:30 PM and I ordered on the app every time the app has great deals and this chipotle always hooks it up. My bowls are packed And I like saving the time not waiting in line.

Very disappointed with my experience here — I was incorrectly charged for extra chicken that belonged to the person behind me, even after I made it clear we weren’t together. After all the back-and-forth with Chipotle’s customer support, all I was offered was a $3 coupon for double meat. Given the time and effort it took to resolve, I expected at least a replacement meal. After being a long chipotle fan for many years, I will NOT be returning.

Had no queso had us wait 10 mins for no reason

Must be a literacy issue at this chipotle location. I've ordered from here a few times unfortunately and each time, they are randomly adding toppings or missing the mark all together. Not sure if they're mixing orders by mistake but it's annoying and incompetent. Tonight is the final straw, I will not order from this location anymore. Do better guys.

Absolutely terrible service from the black lady on the line . Also seen what looked like a roach on the bathroom floor .
