Chop Shop Las Colinas

First time visiting this restaurant. I ordered the Convertible Cobb salad and onion rings. I'll start with the onion rings - There were 5 rings in the container and they were all burnt. They were burnt to the point where I couldn't eat them AT ALL! The barbecue chicken on the cobb salad didn't have any taste and was hard. Not sure if I went on a bad day but there were only 4 other customers so I would have expected the food to be a lot better. I wasted $23 dollars and I don't think I will be visiting this restaurant again.

Your entire staff is wonderful but I would love to give special recognition to Renee who has served me and my fiance twice and has always gone above and beyond all expectations. As a former manger at a restaurant I wish I had 50 servers/bartenders like her. She is an asset to your company and I would love her to be recognized to every extent possible. Thank you and her again for a wonderful experience.

I had the Suzuki Salmon and it was amazing, had an awesome conversation with Tori and Vonte.
This is a great place to watch sports and have a damn good meal, I'll definitely be back again.

Stop searching if you want a Nice Cold Adult Beverage, a Great Good stop looking and bring yourself in for a hidden treat!

From the Service, the appetizer, the amazing Burger and Hand cut Fries! This hidden Gem knocked it out of the Park!

Love sports this is the place to eat great food, enjoy friends, and family!

Glad we stopped in we will be back! The Burgers will make those of you who remember “hole in the wall on Harry Hines” like it is a time travel experience, the damn fries remind me of Ms Jackie’s cooking!

Not very busy for dinner on a wednesday night. plenty of seating and comfortable area with a lot of tv's
Servers were fantastic, super engaging and great. Food - i had cheesesteak. It was good fries were a bit too crispy. I was full. My friend got a chop salad and that actually looked really good.

Cool place nice pool and grill area. Bum came and bothered us while grilling. Asked for cigarettes and was vagrant.

I normally don’t write reviews but had to for this.
Every single thing we ordered. It was not good.
The trash nachos were TRASH. Everything was covered in grease and absolutely tasteless.
It took us 40-1 hour for two things we ordered.
Took forever and absolutely tasteless.
The only thing I can say about this place is it is a good atmosphere to watch sports but I will not be coming here again.

Was checking out an area we used to "stomp" Red Hot & Blue is now the Chop Shop. It did not disappoint. Even though it was a bar atmosphere, it was not busy at 4 pm. The food and service were great.
Tiara was great.
We ordered the black and blue steak bites and the General Lee Smoked Chicken. I got all greenbeans instead of corn and potatoes. I recommend these dishes.
