It's great š for the kids
Thank you STONE. My coupon wasnāt working for the free dipping dots and he helped me redeem. Thank again!!
The mouse terrified my nephew and was relentless. I kept encouraging him to keep tickling the kid even though he was terrified, but money talks, so he did. Chased him into the parking lot and even though their invisible stamps didn't match, the security guy let them go away together. My life has never been better. Thanks, Chuck Cheese!

I brought my child here last week to have what was supposed to be a fun time and instead it was one of the worst experiences Iāve ever had at a childās play place as my child was on the skip time game doing exactly that skipping he frantically began crying and screaming in pain I got him off of there and sat him down he took his shoe off and his tiny toe was bleeding he was very sad and is now left with the trauma of this and doesnāt want to ever go back to chucky ever again his words exactly what makes this all even more upsetting as a parent is knowing I didnāt have the support I hoped for when I let the manager know exactly what happened. After leaving and cleaning my sons foot up i ended up finding the piece of glass that went through my childās shoe that is still intact to this day so I called the
exact location to speak to the manager about my finding an employee answered and I asked who am I speaking to and they hung up now itās been a week and no call and the game is still open for play more like to get hurt watch your children

This is the first one I've been to that is clean and has a clean salad bar! The prices, however, are too high... $26 for a large pizza and $16+ for socks/ wristbands to jump... kinda disappointed...

Best Chuck E Cheese Iāve ever been to in my travels. Plenty of games for all ages and their trampoline area has a mini obstacle course. I will say if you donāt have a Fun Pass definitely look into it. I also getting free items and the option of going there daily is there. Don this trip we got free dip n dots!

Definitely not the right Chuck E Cheese location for my toddler.
I was accused of stealing a childās wristband today. The mother had came over, called me a thief and started to curse me out in front of my son. I came over to the manager and asked him to resolve it by going over to the mother and telling her that our band is registered under us and that she owed us an apology. The manager looked clueless. First, he said there was not much he can do. I literally was just so furious and had to kept telling him that I feel disgusted that my son had to watch all of this. He eventually came over there to speak to her but it feels as if, he could give two cents about his customers. We love Chuck E Cheese but sorry, this place is not for us.
