I was playing the minion game and I was collecting the minion cards and the manager told me that I needed seven cards. She didn’t say any specific details. She just said I needed seven cards .Turns out if you ever play the minion machine you have to check the numbers below the card. You have to get one through seven . If you don’t not have one through seven the cards are useless. Very disappointed at Chuck E. Cheese:
Clean and comfortable place. Had a immediate family day of birthday party for my grandson and it was great! Didn't book a package because we had a huge 1st Birthday party for my grandson the day before! So, us going on his birthday was just for a dinner! The only problem was that our order of the wings was forgotten then came out wrong but eventually corrected. Thank you!
This Chuck E Cheese is fantastic! The largest selection of games and rides, with a huge birthday section. Kat and her team are very friendly. My daughter loves this location so much, she requests to come here multiple times a week.
The lady work here she is too much rude she is acting very bad I don’t know how your guys hire her at a children play area with this kind of customer service they are hiding at the back all the time they don’t like to serve for customers I am feeling bad once my kids ask me go to here because of them I have membership and because of my kids coming otherwise I don’t want to come here
Here I am waiting for over 10 minutes but no one showed up at the register
Fun. Celebrated great- grandson's 3rd birthday!
Great place for kids to play games and enjoy a great atmosphere
I loved the atmosphere and clean space. They were understaffed but everyone there was nice.
Definitely a great place to celebrate your kid. Food was good and our server went above and beyond taking a lot of hassle and stress away so party could be enjoyable
I have not gone to a Chuck E. Cheese in a long time, there was so much upgrades here. There was no stage for the monsters (which was great I found them scary). Instead they had a screen on the wall with Kidz Bop videos, an interactive screen on the floor, a trampoline area and and obstacle course with slides.
There is still a big arcade with many fun games and everything only cost 1 token for each.

I gave a one star because the place was clean. But would have not given any star just because the Lady working the salad bar and register tonight was very rude. “Maddilynn “ was what the receipt had.
I went to go get salad at around 9:30. She had taken the salad thongs to the back. Because the salad bar was about to be put away. So apparently I couldnt get any even tho I bought my plate for the salad. Why not just tell the customers the salad bar is closed. That why I shouldn’t have waisted my money. I will not be coming back.
Still a good place to have a great time with the family.
I celebrated my son’s birthday here and I attended my friend kids birthday there this the best place to celebrate birthday party age 3 to 7 years younger
The food prices here are RIDICULOUS. The game times are too short, by the time the kids start playing the game is over. My grandson had a good time, but we want be back it’s cost way too much for what you get.
The Friday night manager was the worst! Choosing to help customers that just walked up versus the people already waiting in line for assistance. When brought to his attention he chose to mumble under his breath. When giving me back my change he avoided my hand that was already out and placed my money on the counter. Horrible service!!
