Food is well, service is terrible, atmosphere is eh. Every employee is rude, annoying, and pokey. They look at you trying to catch you do something against this made-up rules like no drink sharing. Just straight up greed trying to prompt other customers to pay an extra drink. Manager is not good, employees aren’t either. This place had deteriorated in every aspect.

The cashier was incredibly rude with no context. We came in very happy and polite and her attitude was as if we were bothering her. She was struggling to use the cash register and took out her frustration on us and it was unprofessional. I think she was even the manager because she was the only one in a red shirt. I didn't catch her name but she is a middle aged woman, brown roots, blonde hair. We always come here and even though the customer service is never 10/10 we have never been treated rudely.

We couldn't decide where to eat. We never come to this part of DFW. It was like a beacon in a fog. The CiCi's Sign. Thank goodness! The restaurant was clean, organized, and the food was delicious as always. My favorite today was the Cinnamon Rolls. My wife loved the Granite countertops.

I enjoyed my hot and fresh food. The employees were very nice. The bathrooms were clean and the game room was behind the dinning area, so the noise wasn't too loud. I will come here more often.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on August 1st around 3:24 PM. As soon as I walked in with my children, the cashier made an inappropriate comment about how many kids I had, then questioned their ages. While grabbing our cups, the manager accused me of not paying for two kids — even though I had paid for one as an adult and the youngest is only 2 years old. She spoke rudely and told the cashier, “Yeah, make her pay” after handing the cashier $20. I decided to leave , When I asked for a refund and her name, she scribbled it down, and when I politely asked her to write it clearly, she said, “Oh, you don’t know how to write or read?” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful — especially in front of my children. I left without eating. I won’t be returning.

Food is fine. I was bought buffet and eat there. And in the end when I wanted take 3 slices with me, they wanted to charge me for an extra 9.99. But in another branches they charge 0.75$-1$ per slice. And special pizzas very small.
