I had a very disappointing experience at this location on August 1st around 3:24 PM. As soon as I walked in with my children, the cashier made an inappropriate comment about how many kids I had, then questioned their ages. While grabbing our cups, the manager accused me of not paying for two kids — even though I had paid for one as an adult and the youngest is only 2 years old. She spoke rudely and told the cashier, “Yeah, make her pay” after handing the cashier $20. I decided to leave , When I asked for a refund and her name, she scribbled it down, and when I politely asked her to write it clearly, she said, “Oh, you don’t know how to write or read?” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful — especially in front of my children. I left without eating. I won’t be returning.

Food is fine. I was bought buffet and eat there. And in the end when I wanted take 3 slices with me, they wanted to charge me for an extra 9.99. But in another branches they charge 0.75$-1$ per slice. And special pizzas very small.

Omg , I love love love Cici's Pizza . I came here and the AC was great considering Texas is sooooooo hott. Place was clean, wasn't crowded which I love because I came 11:30 am. Person that took my order was sooo sweet, pleasant . Guys putting out the pizza were very nice, The manager was even helping , which I liked to see. . He was very pleasant. Greeted me. Pizzas just kept coming out fast. Really really enjoyed the atmosphere, AC and no drama in this place at the time I came. You see I come from NYC there's always someone acting up no matter where u go . People either rushing u , or some giving attitude to customer or to each other in places we go in. This was sooo nice. Not one attitude around. I ordered a pizza to go and they made it soo good and ready for me before I can finish eating. I loved this place. I will be coming back to Texas soon to help my aunt again u better believe it IL be back . I will have some more of that buffalo chicken pizza. Thank you for everything girls and guys.

On the way home from the Children's Aquarium at Fair Park for our grandson's birthday, he firmly requested Cici's Pizza. The grandson was very disappointed with us bc we didn't buy him a toy at the Aquarium gift shop that was crazy expensive. He refused any other option and left tearful. When we came in the Cici's, he was still upset and giving us the silent treatment. Employee Belinda asked how old he was, and we told her that today was actually his birthday. Belinda then surprised us, going out of her way to make him feel very special. Belinda's simple act of profound kindness was just what we needed at the right moment, so much so that she turned his mood completely around. He apologized for his behavior to us and was super-happy kid again! I've never reviewed a Cici's Pizza before, but Belinda actually made our day! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Place is small, very quiet, service very rude and also food was stale and old.My sister paid for our buffet and asked only 2 buffets 1 drink only and my sister brought a Gatorade and staff gave my sister a water cup because no drinks allowed,ok... but the thing is water cups are free and they charged us still for that water cup I'm 100% sure,we got charged 25$ for 2 with drinks and that's how it is normally for 2 people. Very disappointed purchase and stale food,we just left because the place was very lonely anyways. Don't come here if you want no trouble, never coming again, deserves 0 stars.

The manager Belinda sent one of her coworkers sharing drinks is forbidden because we shared one,I feel like she did this bc she had negative reviews already, my sister overheard her yelling at the coworker she sent to lecture us. Cicis faq said it's fine to share drinks so what the heck..never again

I started coming here when I was 5, clearly this place doesn't seem to be what it used to be. I remember recalling this place with a good manager, good service and a memorable atmosphere. This place now is clearly NOT what I used to be. I came to get lunch with family, I noticed that there was NO cashier we greeted with the manager, Belinda, she made her own new rule (kids- under ten, and adults 10+). I don't recall making your rules apply to the franchise. We got seated and started filling our drinks while she was menacingly stating.. we started eating and enjoying our, as a family of 7 we started sharing our drinks for a while up until something came across. An employee came to inform that Belinda said she doesn't tolerate sharing drinks. I was completely confused since the old manager didn't ever say anything. Belinda gave us a glare while we were informed. I double checked the Cici FAQ and it seems like we could. Belinda changed a lot of the restaurant for example the atmosphere seemed lonely and sad. I think she had something to do with it so we checked ratings ,and it seems when she came here things went downhill for this restaurant. In my overall experience, terrible. I DON'T recommend going here until Belinda gets fired.

Remember when this was $3.99 for all you could eat. And the brownie dessert. Things have certainly changed.

The manager was rude. She definitely was stressed because of being understaffed. She literally was embarrassing the employees talking to them disrespectful.

First no fresh pizza on the bar nasty looking lettuce for the salad. Asked for fresh pizza they could barely understand me by saying ok ok but 15 min no fresh pizza or the lettuce changed my wife was with me and she is a diabetic and had no unsweetened tea only diet coke that she doesn't even drink soda there is a lot of restaurants standards that are broken here. Second the bar was not kept clean good and sauce spilled on bar and not cleaned up. I know there was not a lot of people in the restaurant at the time so they had time to make fresh pizza and salad not us pay full price for basically leftovers from lunch rush
Not going back at this location again. There are better off shutting this one down

It was clean compared to other cc pizzas, but didn’t have that many option for pizzas. They only had like 4 and they were mixing him up together. I don’t know what was going on.

The lady manager here is so rude, both towards the customers and her employees. My dad asked her if she had any spinach Alfredo pizza and she replied so rudely. Not even looking up and acknowledging our presence when spoken to, saying it was in the oven.
My dad then proceeded to tell me that while we were playing in the arcade they had witnessed her treating one of young men working the register badly. The young man had gone to give a customer his change at the table, then the manager started screaming at him to go punch out cus she had already given the customer his change earlier. She could’ve communicated that with him instead of harassing him and humiliating him in front of the whole restaurant and its customers.
She needs to be retrained in customer service before she loses her job. How is it that a grown woman is acting like a kid at management level, the employees below her have better customer service skills.

The lady that took our order at this location has absolutely no customer service skills. She doesn’t know how to listen to her customers nor does she know how to talk to them.

We came in as a family of 8. She immediately asked us how many kids and how many adults. We told her 2 adults, 2 seniors and 4 kids. I immediately corrected myself to say “sorry 3 kids” due to my stepson being ‘older than a kid’, even though he’s a kid in my eyes lol (13). She was quick to point at him and say “he is not a kid” Yeah… I corrected myself. Then when we went to get our drinks she shorted us an adult drink so we went back up to ask for another cup and she told us to show her our receipt to make sure we ordered the drinks (even though we were the only ones in line and she HANDED US THE CUPS). Then we happened to all want root beer because that’s just what you drink when you’re eating pizza and after everyone filling up their cups we noticed it was swapped with some diet drink. We let the staff know and they said “no it’s fine” even though ANOTHER customer came up and said the root beer tasted weird. And the biggest let down was that the pizza was cold and tasted like it sat out all day. We only came here because our other location was packed. Next time our location is packed, we will just wait and won’t ever return to this one. First and last time.
